I paid Rs. 6000 per day for a room. It was located far from the city. It was around 3 km away. Vehicle facility was provided by them for pick-up and drop. Behaviour of the staff was good and helpful. Inside and outside appearance of the hotel was excellent. Room was not that much spacious but cleanliness wise it was okay. It was little bit small. TV, geyser, AC, and all were fine there. View of garden and mountain was visible from the room. I did not face any difficulty in check in and check out time. Food was excellent. They provided only veg food there. It was included in my package. Money spent there was worth. It is a recommendable hotel to all. Garden facing rooms were very good but the other rooms which did not have any view need to be improved. Car parking facility was okay there. Magic show and other activities were provided in this hotel. Sightseeing trip was organized by them. It was a family outing.
We visited in the last week of May 2014 and stayed for three nights. First of all the location is very good and view is excellent from the corner room. Ample parking space and staff also washes your cars for a small tip. Room is in very good condition. Especially the bed, it is not normal foam bed but better and comforting. Toilets are very clean and maintained Food: It serves only pure Veg food, they do not serve non veg food and that is a huge disappointment. Looks like entire Mahabaleshwar is interested in Pure vegetarian guests so thumbs down for that. Package comes with food included and you cannot go for only hotel without food. But I guess most hotels in Mahabaleshwar do that. They serve excellent variety of dishes in the buffet. Breakfast, lunch, evening tea/ coffee and dinner is included. They served variety in the buffet like pizza, pasta, gujarati thali, baingan bharta, mexican dishes, hot phulkas and different types of rice. Desserts served were angur basundi, shahi tukda, strawberry fresh cream, Gulab jamun, aamras, etc. Staff was very helpful and overall experience was excellent. Will definitely revisit.
We went there on a long weekend last month. We had booked a deluxe room which comes with a Bath tub. Service was good, guys are quick in response and helpful. Room was small but decent. Front view is scenic which looks very good. Food is very good there with buffet option. Swimming pool was not available because of huge rains neither those umbrellas which they show in picts. And this place is situated almost on the central of Mahabaleshwar and Panchgani. Suggestion: Visit with own vehicle.
I was there for three days and two nights for family vaction. Location was excellent, staff coordinated with me every sin gal moment while seeking the hotel, because it was late night and raining heavy when we reached there. Good premises, room decoration was also good. Service they provided to us was actually better, what was they offered. They could not conduct any type of entertainment activity because of heavy rain. Food was also good. I would like to visit this hotel again if I could.
The hotel was easily located and there was no difficulty in finding the hotel. The location of the hotel was good. Staff behavior of the hotel was very nice and they were friendly and helpful. The appearance of the hotel was good from inside and outside. Service provided by the hotel was also very good. There was an internet facility in the hotel. The appearance was good. Food was good. There was an indoor game in the hotel. Rooms were spacious and well maintained. There was no problem at check in and check out. Service and hospitality was very good.
