The hotel was very nicely located. We did not face any problems in locating it from anywhere. But yes, we had to use the maps to find the route. The rooms were well painted, and very well-maintained. Also they were handed over to us in a very fresh and clean condition.
Its a good hotel, went there in Dec-2014 for my honeymoon, very near by beach and market. Overall its a good hotel only one problem which I faced there was the food is not good but there are market where I found out the best restaurant on the beach. You find lots of water sports and the Baga Beach is just only 1. 5 km from here so its very convenient for you. At night you find the disco and pubs which are very cost effective.
I had been to this hotel with my family and I did not face problem in travelling to this hotel and the surrounding of the hotel we found beach and the staff of the hotel was good and also receptionist was good. No delay in check-in and check-out process. The rooms allotted to us were spacious and well maintained and the amenities like T. V were not working. From the room we did not find any view. Wash room was maintained in good condition and food by the hotel was good in quality and taste. Activities were not conducted by the management and site seeing trip was conducted but we did not participate in that. Overall, I had a good stay.
Came across this hotel while searching for a location close to supermarkets, the beach and local attractions. The price and reviews seemed very reasonable so decided that this would be the summer accommodation for my mum, dad and sister. As soon as we arrived into Goa, we were picked up from the Airport by a taxi driver who dropped us to the door of the hotel. The pick-up was arranged by the hotel management. Once arriving at the hotel, we were greeted by the extremely friendly staff who brought all our luggage to the rooms and answered all our questions. For the price we paid, I was surprised how nice and spacious the rooms were. The beds were very cosy and comfortable and the toilets clean and fully equipped. A few times, we decided to eat our meals at the hotel's restaurant. Each and every time we did, we thoroughly enjoyed the food. The quality and quantity of the food served was exceptional. I can recommend this hotel. From the brilliant service and hospitality received to their delicious food and incredibly priced rooms, this hotel was a treat to stay at. My family and I really loved our stay and will surely be visiting again.
We stayed here from January 17th to 20th 2015, the location of the hotel is very good, it is very near to holiday street as well as beach. Hotel staff are very good and well-mannered specially the Innocent. The quality of the food of this hotel was very good. Also not to forget mention the name of Ulhas Bhai. He is really a nice gentle man who helped and guided us to visit the all the sightseeing and beautiful places of Goa.
Good hotel in budget class category!. The rooms are pretty good but the room service is not so appreciable. They need to improve their room service and quality of food. The view from the hotel is good and the periphery are is nice. Also there is a need to upgrade the room and the outlook.
Me and my friends went to Goa in 2015 January for relaxing. It's really superb experience with Kismat Hotel. Owner Mr. Noranha is very friendly and helping nature and guided us well. Actually we booked 3 months back for 4 rooms. But after reaching there we extended 2 more days of our trip. It's a season time no where we got hotels to unplanned 2 days, but Mr. Noranha given adjustment for us. Food in the hotel restaurant is very good and even we have mini bar also. Price is really very cheap. Only 1000rupees for day for double room.
Pros: Spacious rooms, very near to Calangute beach (7-8 minutes walk). Good food and vehicles available. Pick-up and drop available. Cons: Vehicles must return before 11 pm. Pick and drop too costly. Power-cut problems and beer not available after 11 pm.
The hotel stay was good. The overall experience at this hotel was good. The best thing in the hotel was its comfort zone. The hotel was conveniently located. It was a bit difficult to reach the hotel, but still we managed to go there. The surroundings of the hotel had a beach. The staff of the hotel were friendly. They were quick to attend to all my requests. I was happy with the room allotted to me. There was no delay at check-in and check-out. The interior of the hotel was good. The room was spacious, neat, clean and well maintained. They had provided us TV and AC in our room. They regularly cleaned the room. The restroom was good. They had provided hot and cold water all the time. They had provided both veg and non veg food over there. I was happy with the food. The quality of the food was good. But the food was a bit expensive. The hotel had not provided any kind of activity. They had not arranged any sightseeing trip for me. The destination was good and we enjoyed there. The hotel was value for money. I don’t have any suggestion for the hotel.
Hotel was located at about 100 meters distance from Calangute. Food was available and it was good. Rooms were not up to the mark. Hotel was of an average quality. Appearance of the hotel was nice. Services were okay. We faced language problem with hotel staff. I will not recommend this hotel to other travelers. There should be some improvement in this hotel.

Its always a pleasure visiting my favourite destination and John Masefield\'s poem is apt for me.Like other time it was again a great holiday with Water sports,Bacardi and great food...The weather was good and it made the experience all the more beautiful. This time wanted to have a budget trip and the stay was very comfortable comparing the price we paid...Right place if you want to enjoy the beaches and other activities and not plan to hang out in the hotel..
Goa was an amazing experience for us! Our stay in Goa was made comfortable by Mr. Fraser who owns this Hotel. We had made an advance booking for the same and Mr. Fraser had suggested we rent their 2-BHK Apartment right behind the Hotel for all 7 of us to stay together. The Apartment was neat with clean bathrooms and was just 5 minutes walk away from the Beach! The service was prompt and the owners very warm and welcoming. They will arrange for your transportation, water sports or any other activities you might need assistance with! Although we never had food at the hotel during our stay as we mostly ate out, the prices were very reasonable and each day\'s menu had some local specialties on offer. Would highly recommend Hotel Kismat Mahal and their Apartment to anyone travelling to Goa and looking for an affordable no-frills place to stay!
After a very hectic working schedule in the city, family desperately needed a break. Hence we all headed to Kismat Mahal, Calangute, Goa. We could not have asked for a better holiday destination. Kismat Mahal has clean rooms... 24hour hot water facility.... pick up and drop facility.... Plus the beach is only a 5-10 mins walk away.... The owners are very friendly people... They have an in-house kitchen which provides you with authentic Goan food.... Don\'t miss out on their delicious breakfast.... Lots of activites on the beaches too.... You can go parasailing or go for water bike rides...... overall a very relaxing vacation.....cant wait to go there again......
It was best experience we had in any hotel till now. I am a traveller & this hotel is best economy hotel which provides quick & friendly service. The staff & the hotel manager is so friendly that you need not to worry that you are in different world/new surrounding.
