For a day i felt i lived in the b ygone british era, the ambience and vitorian style decor made me feel like one of the officers during those days.

Best Experience: The room service was very fast, i needed hot water to make feeds for my 2-year-old and it was there in a jiffy, also when it was very cold they offered a heater in the room and that kept the kids warm.

Worst Experience: none at all.....i wanted to stay there some more days.

The only good thing about this place is the building and appearance,its gardens etc.we had booked two suites for the 20th.The facilities are only for namesake.The staff are discourteous and even lack communication skills.The geyser in the bathroom needs 30mins to reheat after every persons bath.The piano hall is rented out to some boozing outsiders and the guests are deprived from this section totally.They have one single snooker table but they charge an exorbitant rs.200 per hour extra.Absolutely nothing for the children to enjoy.The food section is worse in service.We had to wait for more than an hour just for some north indian dishes. The quality of the food is however good.The resturant manager lacks basic manners and behaves like the owner of the property who is treating guests for charity.The subordinate staff are better but they lack even basic english language skills.I would not recommend this place at all.They have a fireplace but will not light it unless you go to the manager and shout at him.They have a bathtub but it has no rubber stop!!There is an old piano which the restuarant manager does not allow anyone to play,under one or the other pretext they keep it locked!! Kings cliff is the best,if you want good treatment and authentic food and behaviour.

Best Experience: The bungalow itself.

Worst Experience: Every thing elese than the place itself and the quality of food.
