Hotel Review of Kamyakam Haven Resort
Comments: There is no communicationamoungst sales and hotel administration.
Sightseening as promised by SAles was not carriedon.

We were promised by Sales - that we can go to Bagauuty Palace by Boat. When we went to Boat Station it was cancellled by Hotel Manahement without any information to us, and a INSULT TO US ( GUESTS).



Best Experience: Sightseening promised by E amil was notat all done. With excuse that it is CLOSED. !!!

On our Next trip to Cochin on the same weekday we did visit the Palace, etc.
Worst Experience: No airport Pick up according to our arrival. We had to Wait 2.5 Hours at Cochin Airport in 45 degrees heat. We had to call at least for 10 times to ask for PICK up.
Arrangemets ordered was on EP basis. And it was agreed that we will order Meals and pay. All of a suddden it was converted in to full meals.

Family accompanying, I thought it wise to settle for a resort through a reference than just walking into an unknown one. Hence I asked my friend Alex. But after seeing the website, we knew this place was far beyond just a referred place. It's truely heaven on earth....

Hotel Review of Kamyakam Haven Resort
The place, ambience, the surroundings ... everything are fantastic. Service is excellent. The only compromise would be food. If you are not a fussy eater, then you can really enjoy in this place....
