"Island resort"

Overall experience was good.It was an island resort so the appearance all around was excellent.We really enjoyed the sound of backwaters.They should focus on food taste.fish was delicious but chicken was so-so in taste.Paneer butter masala was not good in taste.Rest service was good.

Best Experience: Staying in an island resort was best experience.

Worst Experience: worst was nothing.

"Old world charm"

Very good......old world charm.....waterfront hotel......mix of old Dutch and Kerala architecture.....cosy rooms.....very helpful staff....will recommend it for a great, relaxing getaway.

The hotel was very nice, very good staff. We were happy to stay there. The interior, hygiene and other services were also very good. It was heritage palace hence it was fantastic experience to stay there. Sight seeing was average. Some museums, palaces and beach are there to see.

It\'s a nice experience The room services were good .Food is excellent.Travelling by AC car was also good .The Car Driver was verey much free to us .We did\'nt face any difficulty to this tour

"good hotel"

It was a memorable experience. KTDC has done a good job converting the palace into suit rooms. The suit room we stayed in was excellent. The place is unique and it being in an island definitely chills you out forgetting the busy roads and yet if you want to be in the middle you can get there in 15 minutes. The property is well maintained but has been let on rent to people who want to celebrate and that makes the place a bit nasty. Its virtaully a trashbin when someone walks around the facility (half of the facility- southern tip).

Best Experience: The people who help you are good and the front office is supportive. The people who serve food need to have manners in dealing with people who visit them which is by itself a big thing since it is not the most sort after place. They were little unprofessional in the restaurant and resort to loud talking infront of the guests by ganging up.

It was very good and the hospitality is excellent. the view of the hotel is great and worth spending with the kids.
