Hotel Review of Sterling Resort-Kodai Valleyview
Comments: We were not happy with the stay as the rooms were not good for the money we pay. I felt there was no value for money. In fact as the name Sterling Restorts is very famouse, our expectation was that we would get good service and quite a good room. But my husband was feeling for the pathetic maintenance of the room we got. On the whole our stay was not a good experience
Worst Experience: Room Service is pathetic.. Needs tremendous improvement

The resort by itself is good, but needs little more attention and care to things like having a room service, etc . Not once in the 3 days of stay did we get room service.. esp when it was raining...

Sterling valley view kodaikanal is actually a very big resort with lot of open space and good view from rooms....But thats about it, the rooms looks as they have been stripped down for renovation..no towels, soaps..peeled walls, flies and dirty beds welcome you to the room. The reception staff cant speak english and its difficult to get information from them if you are non tamil speaking guy.not that they would have cared if they could. It takes atleast half a...
