Hotel Review of Westin The
Comments: I stayed at The Westin for 3 nights. This property offers complete value for the money you pay for the rooms. The rooms and the ambience at this boutique property is at par with any of the 5 star hotels in the city of Kolkata. The service is very personalised. The Westin is also very conveniently located and is very close to Forum Mall on Elgin Road, Homeland Mall on Ashutosh Mukherjee Rd., Victoria Memorial Gardens, & Ravindra Sadan Underground Metro Station. The business areas of Chowringhee Rd., Theater Rd. (Shakespeare Sarani), Lansdowne Rd., Camac Street & Park Street are all within minutes from this property. I would recomend this property to everyone who values art, ambience, cleanliness and would want their money's worth.
Best Experience: The front desk staff was very cooperative and allowed me to check in much before the normal check-in time.
Worst Experience: I personally did not experience anything negative during my stay at The Westin. The only disadvantage about this property would be that its a small boutique property, however i personally would seek out for such small boutique properties that offer such a wonderful experience.
