Hotel Review of Aquaserene
Comments: The last time I went here was in 2002 on an offsite meet. The memories from that trip remained with me for a long time. After that trip I made a few unsuccessful plans to go to Aquaserene, the problem being the distance...its over 700km from Bangalore, and as the only way we travel is our car...a simple 2 night stay turns into a 5 day trip. So this time my wife and I decided to cover all of Kerala in a 10 day road trip. We managed 2 nights and 3 whole days in Aquaserene and we loved every moment of it. As a couple we travel very frequently and have covered a lot of places in the south, Kerala as a state has captivated us. Aquaserene as a resort did the same. Away from it all....to say that the place was relaxing would be an understatement. The cottages are wonderfully maintained and very clean. Personally I love bathrooms and they have bathrooms that you can love. Open to air and full of light made it an experience by its self.
Best Experience: The resort staff were excellent, service was always on time and sometimes faster than expected. The food was great and also the fact that the staff was willing to do requests, we ended up eating food that were not listed on the menu. The feeling that we left the resort with was of a complete holiday, customized for our benefit and at the price we paid, cheap!
Worst Experience: The only thing you need to worry about is the directions that the resort staff gives you to get there, we ended up driving 20 extra km. Take clear instructions and stop and check.

Hotel Review of Aquaserene
Aquaserene lives up to its name - a serene atmosphere with lots of aqua thrown in ! Not recommended for the action oriented holidayer, this place is the ideal holiday resort for people like me - nothing much to do once you're there except sack out on your balconies, go for long liesurely walks, take a boat ride and watch the sunset (or the sunrise, if you are an early bird). The change in pace was really relaxing and rejuvenating....

Hotel Review of Aquaserene
Aquaserene is a lovely place for a calm and relaxing short stay along the waterfront. Traditional style cottages, channels that allow the backwater to flow through the property, a spa are all the good features of this resort. Food needs significant improvement - especially the North Indian...
