Koottamundu Glass Temple, located around 20 km from Kalpetta, is an ancient Jain Temple that lies on the slopes of Vellarimala. This temple has been dedicated to the third Jain Tirthankara, Parsvanatha Swami. It houses icons of Parsvanatha Swami and Padmavathi Devi in the main temple sanctum. The inner walls of the temple are decorated with mirrors that reflect the patterns of idols.
