KTC is the second name for comforts and the best place to relax for a weekend getaway. Staff were very cordial and try their best to take care of the guests with the available resources in the valley. Treatment is homely and the ambiance is serene. Overall a nice experience.
The front office is not good. The don't know about on-line booking actually, they give wrong phone number. When I reached the station, while I called many times but the phone was switch off. It is very embraced me. Please update the phone number, but it is very near to bus stop.
Location is very good, rooms are also airy and well maintained. Only TV sets need immediate replacement (very old). Staff is courteous and very helpful. Front lawn is a good place for children. Padmapuran Garden is at a walkable distance. Overall a comfortable stay at a reasonable price.
Nice hotel and hospitality one must go there and have fun with family or friends. The staff is very friendly and take care very well. We loved the place and will go again and again. Very nice accomdation provided. Rooms are very nice. I can recommed this hotel to any one who are planning to go araku. The atmosphere of hotel is fantastic. One thing has to improve in hotel is that delivery of order is too late. This is nearer to railway station.
Hotel is good and need some improvement. better to stay at this hotel when compared to other private hotels in araku. it is near to padmapuram botanical gardens and tribal museum and coffee museum. and the value for money is excellent.
We had booked a room but they give us non AC room. They are giving silly reasons for that and chef also not there. They told us "chef was in sick leave. "this hotel is very close to railway station and walkable distance but receptionist and others are very affectionate. I want refund because they were using non AC room.
Only drawback I found here is there is no restaurant facility in this hotel, so one need to eat outside only. Kids play area they are developing and it looks good for children play and evening sit out in park for elders too. Weather is not good now to visit Araku valley.
Hotel has to improve in kitchen & there is no dining area. This place don't have a hotel attached. The surroundings are greenary. Staff member are very kind and management is very helpful. They should improve in service Overall, in Araku I find this place is satisfied. This place is near to railway station and close to tribal museum.
Yea, its a really good hotel for a family or friends to stay here, we had great time in Krishna Tara. We were 99 members in the group, enjoyed alot. Although no pool is available the greenery replaced the presence of pool. The management was very polite with us and the staff too, personally advice this homestay.
