There was no difficulty in finding the hotel during day time but night its tough cause no streets available. Staffs services was average but the appearance was good. Rooms were well-maintained but ventilated along basic amenities but there was no view and food was not upto the mark. There was no difficulty in check-in and check-out and there was no activities.

I took non-AC room, room was good, neat and clean with TV and geyser facility in the room and there was greenery view from the room. Location was good and hotel appearance, exterior and interior were good. Staff were good, helpful, friendly and their receiving was good, maintenance and neatness was excellent. I had only dinner in this hotel, they provided veg, non-veg food varieties, the quality and taste of the food was very good. No problem during check in and check out and there was campfire facility. I visited this place with family for relaxation in October 2013. I was satisfied very much, the hotel room tariff was value for money and it is recommendable to others.

I booked this hotel through online and I faced no problem at check in and check out. Sea facing rooms were very good where I stayed for 2 days. Due to the illness of the cook, the food was not provided and hence I had food from outside. The rooms were spacious and provided with cupboard, almirah, TV, AC, and geyser all in working condition. The room service was good; staff responded to the calls quickly. There was no activity available. I made a romantic trip with my wife to this place in August 2013. It is recommendable to other future travellers.

Purpose is to have a trip to see the beauty of araku valley. The hotel is quite comfortable and is services offered are quite good and affordable. Hire a guide to so that he can take you to more places around the araku valley so that the tour can be planned in your budget limits.

When we have entered the hotel we faced the problem regarding booking conformation for which I waited around 30-40 minutes at the reception. The hotel service and the room was unsatisfied. We didn't had breakfast and dinner facility available at the hotel. The room doors were not good we were unable to close the door properly. The Araku valley was a good location to watch and travel.

The hotel was fine for one day stay but the location viewing point was bad. The food we have not tried because the restaurant was not good. Then you have to make sure the hot water was not coming as when we want. So be sure you ask before you check-in.

It was comfortable stay. Stayed for 24 hours only. Garden is well maintained and room was neat. This hotel is located very close to main road. Service was not up to the mark. Hospitality by staff can be improved. Room furnishing, TV and bathroom were good. However, staff shortage was felt. Morning tea served too late. Araku town should be developed for tourism. Streetlights to be provided. We should have planned to stay two or more days to enjoy Araku.
