"Needs more maintanance"

Hotel destination and location is ok but hotel rooms and toilets needs more maintanancethey have lot of space outside so theycan increase more outside activities.

it was fine before but nowadays the maintenance of room is getting poor

Worst Experience: mosquito and insects runking around the rooms and bathrooms

The room survice was prompt. The room and the premises was good.Location of the resort is diffrent in the sense it is away from the main city so the is clean,quite,and beautiful. Just u need to stay to expeiance.

Really we enjoyed lot over there. Superb place to stay, we want to spend time again. Hope will get a chance once again.

We had a good stay in the hotel .Atmosphere and location is good swimming pool could havebeen better maintained excess of chlorine leads to eye iiritation.

This resort is located beside the Chenkottai Kuttalam main road, close to the waterfalls,about the rooms all rooms are well equiped with the modern aminities,and they have parking facility also,room were so neat and tidy,bathroom were clean,food... More

Great, my kids were impressed. Looking forward for a similar trip to Coutralam and stay in the same hotel.

Best Experience: Swiming in the pool with the entire family, it was more like a private pool.

One of the few hotels in Coutrallam with a website...I went there with my family, parents and inlaws expecting a resort, i was sorely disappointed,the good thing was the campus or the grounds are nice, mango trees, flowers, gardens etc, I booked 2... More

Kuttalam Heritage is a unit of Kerala Hotels pvt ltd, owned by Mohandas Group . The resort is located beside the Chenkottai Kuttalam main road, close to the waterfalls in Thirunelyeli District.
