"Good service and staffs"

My overall experience is good, i enjoyed room facilities, staff is well mannered, helpful, room outer view is excellent, full of greenery, natural beauty, so overall i enjoyed staying in lake palace.

Best Experience: Best experience is surrounded by back water ,with excellent greenery.room interior is excellent, n clean and dust free environment.

Worst Experience: Well as it is situated in back water and the only transportation is water ways, so if in hotel no other outing is possible, have to spent time in hotel only no walking distance market as to only go by boat.

"A regretable experience"

A regretable experience. An overpriced well constructed and poorly managed resort with most staff being not oriented towards customer service.

Best Experience: A complementary one hour sunset cruise in the back waters

Worst Experience: Dirty rooms, sagging matresses, slow restaurant service, restaurant under repair and convention hall being used as substitute without fore warning guests at time of booking. The Health Club had been vacated for a training event and not set up at opening time next morning. No attendant was present at the club. The beautiful swimming pool within a pond had me horrified when the health club attendant was using the shower and not happy to see guests wishing to use the pool at 7 am! He resented our presence and desire to use a facility that we had paid five star rates for. Housekeeping standards were decidedly poor.

Over all experience is very good. Lake palace premium resort view and the sunset ride is very best.

there was leakage, food was one of the worst inmy life, a/c was not working properly, the caretaker were very cunning, beaware.
