Hotel Review of Agatti Island Beach Resort
Comments: Food was very bad - a mixed up desi array that would not pass muster in any reasonable restaurant in a big city. Service was "unprofessional" - the people are friendly & have good intentions, but they do not have the formal training to pull off a great job. In fact the property does not have a manager with credentials and relevant past expereince. The activites were handled in a non-professional way. They promised scuba diving but the diving instructor was not available - future guests should be careful to verify this before going there. There are many water activites - however, one also gets the impression that the activites are not very safe - this is partly because the staff is not trained to make the guest "feel" safe. Balanced aganst all this is the absolutely awesome location - probably one of the best sea side locations in the world. Incidentally, being a lagoon, it is very safe for children. If you are ready to rough it out a bit for going to one of the pristine & unspoilt beach locations in the world - go fo it.

Hotel Review of Agatti Island Beach Resort
The resort is the only option one has to stay in Agatti Island and hence one does not have any other alternative.The food is quite bad.A lot of activities are mentioned on their site but when we went, there was no instructor and the guides there were extremely amatuerish without taking proper safety precautions.But the beach is awesome and makes one forget any comlaints about the resort....

Beautiful location, hospitable, friendly people, peaceful environment. Completely relaxing holiday. Only one glitch.. sometimes possibly due to improper disposal of wastes the water was murky and dirty....

The Agatti Island Beach Resort at Lakshwadeep is one of the most beautiful places in the world to visit. This beautiful green island of lakshwadeep is full of the most wonderfull corals in the world, hundreds of different types of beautiful fishes, untouched white beaches, excellent people, great food. The staff & especially the instructors at the resort were very well trained and we had a wonderful exerience of a life time....
