It was such a wonderful hotel where I spent my holidays. Each and every one in the hotel are served in a gentle manner, the surrounding around the hotel delights me a lot. The way you treat us is liked by me, the food and comforts that you gave us is such a wonderful manner.

The best you can get when you visit Nainital, from fooding to lodging, everything was perfect, wonderful experience, great view of Nainital from hotel, peace around hotel, romantic atmosphere and Mountain View is awesome. I stayed 3 days there and experienced a wonderful and friendliness all around. The staff and managers behaviour was also very cool and friendly just like weather.

I went to this place in the month of June, 2014. First of all, this place is one of the most beautiful places in India. Den the service provided by the hotel was one of the best i have witnessed so far. Rooms are really spacious and comfortable. I highly recommend this place to the visitors of India and also coming from abroad.

I went there with my family in the month of June 2013. Location was okay. Appearance of the hotel was very good. I made my booking directly with the hotel. I faced no problem during check and check out timing. Staff services were poor. Rooms were spacious and clean. Food facility was not there. Nainital is an average place for other travelers.

Please avoid this hotel it's the worst hotel. Rooms are very dirty, They have spiders in bathroom :D
Bed sheets and blankets stinks.
It will be adventitious experience to breathe in the room and you may want to run away as soon as you check in.
Avoid this hotel at any cost. Staying there was my worst experience.

I had an oppurtunity to stay in this hotel with my family for the new year eve \'07. had a great family outing away from the maddening crowd of Delhi.

Best Experience: Enjoyed the bon fire outside near tha hotel lawns. Music & Dance organized by the hotel was good. Overall, a good unwinding experience.

Worst Experience: no.overall a nice experience!

I stayed in this hotel on our copany\'s annual excursion trip. This is the worst kind of hotel I have ever stayed in. Before booking this hotel, I surfed several sites and could not find out any review anywhere and finally decided to stay in this property. This hotel is near Manu Maharani, Naini Retreat and Hotel Aroma which are some of the very nice hotels in the area. This hotel is at about 3 km from the mall road in a quite and calm place. All the hotels in that area gives complimentary pick up and drop to the mall road keeping in mind the distance of the hotels from the mall road. One cannot hire a taxi every time to reach the hotel as taxi will charge you atleast Rs.100/- every time. They have a pool table and a small restaurant. They do have their own parking place which is must for people traveling with their own cars in that area. The hotel I must say is quite dirty and old in its looks. All the room have TV manufactured in 80s having broken remotes, and a cupboard. They did provide us with those wired heaters when the outside temperature was 3 degrees in december. The bathrooms are also not so well maintained having very old geysers and tiles. Their staff, though not very trained or educated, but nice and helpful and service oriented. The food they served was also good, though we just tried their breakfast as it was a part of our package. I flipped through the pages of their feedback register where almost every guest mentioned about these issues.

Best Experience: As I already mentioned, I am impressed with their prompt service, nice breakfast, pool table and nice hot black coffee they served me whenever I wanted.

Worst Experience: I stayed in their room no 104, the carpet, TV, geyser, cupboard, sofa all were very dirty and old. They do not give pick up and drop to the mall which was quite dissappointing. They also have a few young children 14-15 years working there, which should be stopped as they are encouraging child labour.
