Comments: Hi, I was very confused on the first spot when i decided to choose lansdowne as the spot to celebrate my first anniversary. But now i can say that i made the right decision. The place and the resort both are just superb. It is exactly 250 kms from delhi and the drive will take you 6 hours to reach the resort. The drive is very nice as the roads are in perfect shaoe as well. Mainly to say about the resort BLUE PINE. Its a wonderful resort to stay in and i can say that the staff and the service is excellent. I stayed there for 2 dyas and beleive me staying there was just an wonderful experience due to the resort and there staff which made my trip and unforgettable stay. The quality and the quantity of the food they serve is excellent and even the service is very good. The rooms are spacious with hot running water as geysers are there in washrooms so you do not have to run for hot water here and there. They have nice room service too. In the evening the resort has the bon fire with dj playing music which is done on there terrace which is very big and nice with a nice view of the valley. I had a wondrful stay over there and would suggest people to go to lansdowne and stay at the BLUE PINE RESORT. They have parking space and nice rooms with balcony attached with it to sit and relax the weather as well.

Hotel Review of Blue Pine Resort
It was a very bad experience. The temperature there was 38 C. & the none of the rooms have A/C, whereas our travel agent confirmed that we have been given a deluxe room which is supposed to be with A/C. It was supposed to have power back but for almost 3 hrs there was no electricity & there generator was not working becoz there was no diesel. this is a very basic roadside hotel....

Lansdowne is actually a beautiful place whose silence and peace grows on you as and when the hours of your stay pass by. On your way to the place, you would have a feeling that probably you are the only one going there, but once you reach there and stay there for half a day, you begin to appreciate the place and its natural and untouched beauty. It is not at all commercialised and probably this is where its beauty...

Good…I’m happy that I selected Lansdowne to break away from my daily routine and release the stress, as could feel the difference after coming back from this place. Lansdowne is a place blessed with peace, a perfect weekend gateway for relaxation and rejuvenation of mind and soul. Stay at Blue Pine was a mixed experience of greatness of being in the Himalayas and below average hospitality of the resort. Monsoon and winters are the best season to visit this place....

Lansdowne is a heavenly place. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is THE place to go. Blue Pine is an OK hotel as far as stay and service is concerned but this is the best that you can get there. Food is OK....

If you are looking at peace then this is the place , just relax and have a great view of the mountains. There is nothing much to see around in the town and that is a just wonderful.... as you get a lot of time to spend with yourself rather than on the travel....

Lansdowne as a place is the best place to go as it is nearest hill station to delhi. But staying at Blue Pine resort was a real bad experience due to the non cooperation by the Front office....
