An awsome resort to stay in for short vacation (weekend trips etc). Beautiful scenries and greenery all around. Excellent food, silent place away from chaos of today's lifestyle

Best Experience: Food was excellent. DJ & Bornfire in the evening was eventful. We were four families and enjoying with each other, spending time together was marvellous. Walk on the hilly road at night under dense sky full of stars was stunning and the best part was the track from the resort to one of the highest points of lansdowne, from where you could see the whole city

Worst Experience: Lack of signals. Mobiles were not operative. But then, this was a blessing in disguise.

"Satisfactory"

ok i would probably rate this hotel in between i did not find anything that was outstandingly appreciative, but it was an average stay, the food , the process of booking , the front desk , the rooms and room service was again average and satisfactory.

good..away from hustle bustle of day to day activities... must visited place...please go by own drive...

Best Experience: Blue pine resort: awesome place to stay...good view in morning and evening.... service was up to time and committed by people... friendly and cooperative environment

Worst Experience: travelling in city...need to always arrange a cab..no public transport avialable... if any one going, please drive yourself..

Resort is beautifully located beautifull scenic view from every room...rooms are clean...The staff were really supportive and cleanliness was maintained...food was of good quality...

"Should visit atleast once guys"

Rooms are spacious and cleanly maintained though they are not very luxurious. Bathrooms are clean and tidy, quite big as well. I didn\'t have food at this place. Can be improved. Should visit atleast once guys.

"Nice rooms and food"

The hotel room is good Neat and Clean .The view from Hotel is Excellent and Food is Good .The staff is helpfull only one draw back is that you not get mobile signals in Resort.........Rest all things are excellent

"Too expensive"

the hotel although has a beautiful location and the dinner that was served was good. But it is too expensive,both the room and the food. The room just cobvers the basic things and for the food you have no option but to avail their buffet option. This all might have still been okay but the recreational activities that were writthen in the brochure were also not there. It was just one room containing some broken gym equipment and a carrom board with no coins. The lights also were not working properly and for playing pool, you have to pay an extra Rs.100/- per hour. In summary, too expensive for the services they offer.

Best Experience: The dinner was good

Worst Experience: The breakfast was not good. Recreational activities and gym was just one room; and most of the equipment for gym was broken. Carrom board had no coins in it. We stayed in family suite which was a little suffocated.as opposed to what can be seen in the pictures. For dinner and lunch,there is no room service, the only option you have is to have the buffet they are offering.

It was a great experience....hotel staff organised many things like bonfire...dance..music...drinks...games...and they have many things which you want to do of its own like pool...TT...gym...Resort is at such a place ...you have very beautiful view of sunset and sunrise...which i have not seen in my life.

I actually checked in late in the hotel so missed the activities there , but overall it was awesome experience. The rooms were small compared to the price paid but they were clean. The service and behavior of the staffs was good . Food was awesome both in quality and quantity .

Best Experience: 1. food (quality and quantity) 2. behavior of staff was good. 3. rooms were neat

Worst Experience: 1. far from lansdowne difficult to find during night so better reach there in the afternoon. 2. phone was not working and had to go to counter to ask for stuff .

it was good, but front office needs some educated & smart guy. first impression is bad after meeting front desk manager-- he is eneducated ,doesnt know any formalities. waiters & porters dont know that they should say thanks after taking tips.

Best Experience: sarrounding & peace is best.

Worst Experience: lot of stinking smell in rooms & corridor
