Very good hotel for the price with good ambiance. Very good food and staff very co-operative. Location is slightly away from main area, you have to walk for about a one and half to two kilometer to reach Laxman Zula or Ram Zula. You will meet Mr. Rajkumar Khanna from hotel, extremely helpful in nature. We have not meet any person in hotel industry who helps tourist to this extent. New rooms are with latest fit outs. Old rooms are very decent and clean but fit outs bit old. Almost all room have Ganga view and there are couple without it. Try to avoid those, worth staying even if you have no choice but to stay without Ganga View room

The best thing that I liked about the hotel is location. You get an amazing view of Ganga from almost every room/restaurant and from the terrace. Food is good and there is a small swimming pool also. One can reach the river also from the hotel, halfway by life and the other half by walking on the ramp. Overall, I loved my stay in the hotel.

Location was up to the mark as hotel was situated outside from the city. I belong to Rishikesh so I reached the hotel was easily. Check in and check out process was smoothly. I stayed just for one day in this hotel. Ambiance of the hotel was nice. I preferred my food outside the hotel. Rooms were neat and tidy. Indoor and outdoor activities were not available. I went there for recreation with friend. Rishikesh place is nice for visit. It is a recommendable hotel for others.

I booked this hotel through indianhomes.org. Location is good, right on the bank of Ganges. Resort has a private beach and has a lift facility. Restaurant is average with good food and breakfast. However, the room condition was not good, as it is very small. Bathroom was below average with chocked drainage system. With room condition explained above, tariff of Rs. 3500/- and 1000/- for extra bed with breakfast seems high.

The hotel is located in the main center. It looks very nice and the pictures looked wonderful but it is not fully ready. We stayed in a room in the old wing quite spacious and opened out to a balcony which faces river Ganga which was quite pretty. The bathroom was quite a put off, very small and not well maintained. The fixtures seemed so loose that they would fall and in general not clean.

Although we did not expect five star service yet a certain level of service was expected. A couple of times while ordering room service or housekeeping he didn't seem happy to serve and would not get everything together. Also the old wing has no lift. The staff in general didn't seem very friendly except the driver who helped us a little.

Their restaurant is average, spa is not good at all as the service is not worth the money you pay. The charge to hire a car is very expensive from the hotel.

The travel within can be expensive, you need to really find a good service or else the best thing is to hire a cab throughout the trip from Delhi as you can leave at any point of the day if you desire. The little Buddha Cafe, German bakery and Chotiwala restaurant are few of the restaurants we tried which were quite nice. You don't get any non-veg food around so travel with the mindset of eating veg. For extreme non vegetarians there are chicken soup packets and eggs available in the market to buy and make.

When I travel the next time, I will make sure I better plan and have a car with me throughout the journey.

we went to rishikesh this summer..unfortunately its was in the peak of the monsoon season and we could not do any rafting what so ever..however this place has come up with a new section where they just have suites ...try and stay there coz u can get a good discount during the off season....which means dat u get a room with 5* amneties where u just pay the price of a 3*.....ask thae manager for discounts and iam sure that he will oblige..the hotel has an amazing view frm the suite rooms..

Best Experience: can u imagine ur self in a hill station in the middle of monsoon season..where ur room is shadowed by thick green foilage and ur balcony overlooks river ganges...more over this place is just 5mins walk frm laxman jhula..so u can also enjoy as a tourist if u get tired of the serenity.

Worst Experience: not any...
