This is truly the best option to stay in Bikaner where you have real scarcity of hotels with no brand name operating in the town. The hotel has real grandeur and has a lot of history The rooms are beautifully done and have a lot of heritage. Same with entire hotel lobby. The work on stone is truly marvelous and cannot be seen anywhere else. Apart from the ambience, the best part of the place was it's service levels, there was a person anywhere you go to assist you The breakfast and dinner options are good and buffet spread is large. You must visit the Bar and see the hunting prize won by the late Maharaja which are their on every wall. The prices are little on the higher side as in most good heritage hotels in Rajasthan. The best part was morning breakfast along with live music from locals.
You will feel like queen if you stay here. Very nice stay with beautiful hotel. You are welcomed like maharajas making your trip in Rajasthan memorable for ever. Awesome service staff with delicious food. You will enjoy your evenings with Rajasthani dance and other activities. Overall nice place to live.
We stayed here for 3 nights and it was a marvelous stay and you feel like staying in a palace. Staff was very nice and they allowed us to check in early as well as late check-out. The best part of the hotel is its restaurant (though very costly) and the billiard room. The decorations and animals on the walls are breathtaking. Morning was fabulous with sound of flute in the middle of the palace for 2 hours but evenings were bit disappointing as we went in a wrong season and there was no folk dance arranged by them though they have mentioned in their website. Swimming pool was also okay. But the ambience and the lush green front garden was astounding. Must visit for people who like to taste of staying in a palace converted hotel but one should visit Bikaner only in winters.
The hotel is real example of royal treatment, spacious rooms, great hospitality and many fun activities to do. Horse riding, pool, musical folk nights, vintage cars and ambience is really cool. This hotel was phenomenal. The staff were incredibly courteous and helpful, they even helped us book our train tickets, and they let us check-in early without any hassle. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the stuffed animal heads gave the whole space a game-lodge feel.
My experience at five star hotel called Laxmi Niwas was really nice. I did not stay for long duration, it was just seven hours stay. The room provided to me was awesome, it was spacious and maintained very well. The staff behaviour of the hotel was very good and services by them were quick. The hotel is about three kilometres away from railways but close to bus stop. The hotel is very good and there was no delay in check-in or check-out. The interiors are antique are quite attractive. The food from the hotel was expensive but quality was not up to the mark. I did not see any activities like swimming etc ., or sightseeing trip organized from the hotel. The hotel is comfortable to stay and definitely recommended to others.
