This is an excellent hotel with clean comfortable rooms and prompt service. Room: We had booked a suite room and we were given room 1. Its an Executive Suite Room with 3 balconies, one of which is huge with rocking chairs and all. Ask for this room when you are making a booking. It has all the luxuries you can imagine - LCD TV, comfortable bed, sofa cum bed for the extra person, study table, pretty lamps etc etc. The bathroom is the best I have seen in an Indian hotel - huge with a jacuzzi and with a big shower area. Service: Service is very prompt and freindly..right from the front desk reception to the room service. We asked for extra bottles of water and they were provided free of cost. We asked them if they could sterilize our baby\'s milk bottles and they did that too. Check In and Check Out was a breeze. Food: The complimentary breakfast is fresh and tasty with an assortment of South Indian, North Indian and Continental dishes. The restaurant, though, is a bit small and can get a little crampy at times. Also not much variety in the Ala Carte menu. I was expecting some exquisite local dishes but there were none. Location: The resort is a little away from the beaches and the market area and the taxi fares are kiling. However if you have a personal vehicle, this is good place to be. Removed from all the rush and yet close enough to all the attractions. Overall...a great stay...will love to come back.
Visited here in November. A good property i ever visited, the best part is that it is in just front of saturday night or arpora market. Rooms were awesome and the food was good. It has a small bar also.and in bar a DJ is also available. Food was also at reasonable price as per the hotel standard. We got bike on rent in front of the hotel. Also they booked a taxi for us on our behalf. Overall a very good stay.
Well, I would want to give a brief about my travel to avoid being bias or giving a non-useful or erroneous review. I stayed in this hotel from 1-Oct-2014 to 3-Oct-2014. I chose superior room with breakfast option. My wife, my 3 year old son and I booked this hotel through goibibo for around Rs.2000 per day. I personally like calm hotels. My taste ranking for food is quite high means the food really has to be good to get a good rating from me. I am a vegetarian and non-smoker and non-drinker! I like to sleep by 10 PM and wake up by 5 AM to make most of the trip! Now, the review! Review for Location: The hotel is decently located with beaches nearby Baga, Calangute and Anjuna. Other famous spots are around 10 Km from here except the ones in Panaji city such as Dona Paula or Churches. You cannot complain about distances from railway station or airport since these days most of the railway stations and airports are far off! This one is approximately about 50 Kms from Airport and Railway stations! Review for Check-in/check-out: 2 minutes is what it took for both check-ins and check-out! They had the guest list ready with room allotted. No issues here. The hotel staff helped us to get the luggage to and from the room. Review for Room: Rooms were clean and hygienic. The superior room that I got had 2 balconies. I never had a chance to have a hotel room with 2 balconies before. It has a small dining area, a bathtub and all general toiletries such as soap, shampoo, moisturizers, towels, etc provided. Mini bar, locker, big wardrobe, couple of tables, sofa, rocking chair, chair and tables in balconies, good paintings, I mean it has all the furniture you would want! Review for Food: The buffet spread was good though not the best of worlds that I have eaten before. Spread has both veg and non-veg options. Now, the best part! They are highly kid friendly. We got complimentary milk and food for my baby throughout the day. We got milk 3 times a day, and they specially prepared dal, rice and wheat parantha for my son at NO cost at all. In fact the al-a-carte food was so delicious that we ate from al-a-carte menu 3 meals out of 5! There were buffet options as well for lunch and dinner for approx. Rs.500 per head but I didn’t go for it. Other comments: I didn’t use the hotel premises for anything else. So, won’t want to rate or comment about it. There are facilities such as pool, spa, cafe bar, gym, etc. The hotel premises are neat and clean as well. It has decent parking space available for self-driven vehicles that you procure in Goa. Overall, a decent stay for us! Certainly, one of the first few options I would check-out in my next visit to Goa. Thanks Sarovar management and Lazy Lagoon Guys! Keep up the good work!
Very nice hotel. All amenities is very good. All staff members are very helpful. Hotel services is very good. Hotel location is nice. All rooms are so big and clean. Garden area is near a water. In garden lighting and light music so nice. Hotel food is good. Reception person is helpful how to travel in some areas and which time to travel best. So our experience in this hotel is so best.
Room was great and excellent food. hotel was at great location just 1 km from baga beach. Service was also very good. Tariff was little overrated but was worth as the hotel overall was a good deal. Hotel was neat and clean and well-maintained. Staff was also good and polite.
