While coming back from my business trip from Fremont, CA, USA. I took a break journey of 3 days stay in Mumbai. First time I stayed in Mumbai. Most of the times I do visited Pune frequently and stayed in different hotels. Well this time, On a weekend package along with family and a group of six friends from Singapore visited Mumbai. Enjoyed the two days stay here. Huge property area. Very nice Interiors. The lobby is very large and has different types of seating. An excellent bar near the lobby. We enjoyed a drink in the bar with friends. Good WiFi connection. The rooms are big and have a balcony, The beds comfortable and the linen neat and fresh. The easy chair is comfortable. The bathroom was quite good. Both hot and cold water with good pressure available. The swimming pool was amazing with a pool bar and really enjoyed the evening there. My son played along with my friend sons in the pool with underwater swim race. All of us enjoyed this hotel. It's very pleasant stay. Really awesome service from all of staff like room service, reception, restaurant and bar. Especially all staff are very polite and good to customer.
I stayed in November 2nd 2015 during my business trip in Mumbai. It was an overnight trip to meet few business people near airport before moving to overseas. I have stayed in this property for few occasions earlier. First time, I was stayed with my family while moving to USA business trip. I always stays alone during my business trips. My wife and son likes a lot about this hotel. What a great welcome! As we arrived at the hotel with our free Airport pick-up we were welcomed by name and taken direct to the club lounge for check-in and hot towels and a cool glass of coconut milk. Service is very good and friendly. Food is excellent. The grounds and the building are beautiful. We had some problems at the beginning because the pool was under maintenance and we were informed earlier about this. I am not a pool lover but my son loves swimming. Overall, good stay and enjoyed a lot.
Very near to both (domestic and international ) airports, convenient and has well maintained surroundings, front desk and rooms. Food is also very good and prompt room service. Rooms was neat and clean and the restaurant citrus is having multiple menu cater to all segments of tourist. I love the Non Veg and Desert section of Citrus.
Great customer experience at this hotel. Service received is outstanding and all the employees of the facility want to satisfy you. Had great experience visiting the hotel. Perhaps the best hotel I can say in Mumbai city. Room service and the employees facility is outstanding. Would like to visit this hotel again if I had to visit Mumbai again. Food and drink is also excellent. And the view of the hotel is awesome. I checked in at 9am and the room service was available before the arrival. The appearance of the also beautiful. And the hotel is located in a very awesome area. I liked the place where it is located. The hotel has a best management and very very good looking very nice hotel and rooms are very beautiful very nice and I booked through HolidayIQ.
I was at the Leela sometimes back and stayed there for three nights. We did dine at the in house restaurant fine dine Le Cirque and that was an experience worth remembering forever. The staff were attentive without being annoyingly noisy and we were even provided with airport transfers (paid one way but got two way). Hardly went out of the room as it was very comfortable inside and the bathrooms were good size and shower was fabulous. Waiting for my next visit. Stayed during August 2015, travelled on business.
