Like always, Great!!Stayed at many Taj properties. But every time they surprise you with one more feather in cap.Been to Khajuraho heritage property. But liked this one more.

Best Experience: It was our 25th anniversary. When they got to know about this, a delicious cake was waiting for us in the room. All girls wanted to share cake-cutting with us too.

Worst Experience: Nothing at all, except as we were on work-cum-pleasure trip, I could not enjoy it more.

good location and very comfortable in the center of the city . the rooms and service were very good and the hotel was aligned to Taj hotel standards.The staff was cordial and courteous and shared a very good relationship.The food was very good with Indian and western menus/buffets.

This is a reasonable international star hotel.here are multiple choice of restaurants and cuisines available within the hotel manned by one of the most friendliest staff. The Indian food was very good. The reception was friendly and the formalities concluded in record time.The service was very personalised

I wouldnt say that i am a big fan of Chennai.Not very friendly people.But at the Taj, it was a totally different experience.The staff was super friendly.The rooms were brilliant.They have maintained this place really well and I would really love to stay here if I am required to go to Chennai again.

I don\'t like Chennai because of the weather. But this hotel is very comfortable stay in. Rooms are very spacious,huge and clean with superb service by the staffs. They have excelled in almost every aspect but to improve in terms of food.

Best Experience: Location is really good, away from the noisy part of chennai.
