Location of the hotel is very good, right on the Boulevard. Rooms are reasonably large. The one I stayed in (107) has a wonderful view. Bathrooms are ok. Basic facilities like television with cable connection, telephone, carpets, wardrobes are present. Room service and housekeeping needs to be improved. Guests have to ask for towels and soaps. Breakfast timings are also odd. Between 0830 and 0930 hours. The days I stayed (05-03-2012 and 06-03-2012), it was not ready at 0900 hours. Breakfast items include alu paratha, butter toast, jam toast, upma, tea, coffee. Quality of the food is alright. Accomodations are available in EP, CP, AP and MAP basis. Staff behaviour is ok. People are quite hospitable. Credit cards are accepted.

the location is superb but rooms are not the best. hotels outside apperaance is dull.
