it was ver nice experience to stay with your hotel, the location, ambiance, service every thing was good.

Best Experience: cant say, but a memoberal stay, i would like to revisit some day.

Worst Experience: not at all, but staff need lot of good training, alertness.

The place and the garden,the beavh view everything is ok but there is no hospitality at all. The people in the reception are useless , evenif we complian them for flies and mosquitoes they ended up after 2 hours that too we had to go and bother them several times. As my father in law wasnot able to walk we asked them for wheel chair or any other option to take him to the beach. they directly said no we can\'t help you. I went outside and brought 2-3 people from Anthony\'s shack and we took him to the beach lifting the whole chair on which he was sitting. Why the hotel people ca\'t do any thing? is it not service they should have given to us.

Best Experience: Very good thing is even if don\'t go to the beach , we can have a very good view from our room it self. or from the balcony.Restorent is good and the service is also good.

Worst Experience: Eventhough it is 3* hotel there are flies and mosquitoes in the room. There are no ac remotes in many of the rooms.Either it is very cold or we will have to go through it.There is no special service for aged people.
