Lovely location i.e. on the banks of Dal Lake. The rest is just average.

I was great experience for me. I really enjoy break fast and dinner . The quality iof food and services is good. The reception is excellent. Really I and my family has enjoy during our stay.

I had stayed with my family just last December & totally relaxed for 2 days. I wish to visit again the same hotel.

Best Experience: Since we had gone thru Vaishnodevi visit my wife was having pain in leg due to twist in Bhairavnath due to ice & their Manager immdtly arranged volini tube within no time & I really appreciate such hospitality.

Worst Experience: I do not remember.

I had bad experience with the hotel.. No proper water for sanitary use. Hotel has not maintained properly. Room services not taken.

Best Experience: External atmosphere of the hotel is superb.

Worst Experience: Drinking water not provided in the room.

hotel is good, but no passengers, like goverment dept. too much securtiy scar tourist, no good food
