"An average place to spend some time"

  • 4.0/7
  • Posted 3 months ago
Not a very good place but an average place to spend some time. Good to visit in the evenings. Good place for children as there are some games to play. Swimming pool is here. Rain dance is also available in certain timings. Good place to walk. There is a entry fee, I don't remember how much. Some food joints are there for South and North Indian food. You cannot enjoy much but okay.

"Good park"

  • 4.0/7
  • Posted May 24, 2016
Lumbini gardens is one of the well-maintained parks in Bangalore. There is a nominal entry fee for the park. Once you enter you can go for boating/play water games, relax with some snacks etc etc. But only problem is the place for people to sit is very limited. The Park authorities can plant some more trees and make the park more cooler and better place to sit and relax.

"This is an okay kind of a place"

  • 4.0/7

The lake is very good, clean and clam. Although the facilities around the lake are not at all maintained properly. It does not have much to offer for visitors. Food is bad. Yes, pathetic food which are highly priced. The best part of the park is the swimming pool.

"Different types of boating available"

  • 6.0/7
  • Posted Jan 2, 2014
Its the Nagarwara lake situated near the Hebbal flyover. The entrance fees is Rs.30 and is open between 10.00 to 18.30. The lake is medium sized and there are few types of boats available. One is the 2 seater pedal boat that cost Rs.60 for 2 people for 20 minutes. Then, there is the General boating.
