Itinerary:
DAY 01 NJP RAILWAY STATION / IXB (BAGDOGRA AIRPORT) - GANGTOK
Arrival at NJP Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport. Transfer to Gangtok (5500 ft /125 kms / 04 hrs). Evening free on leisure. Over night at Hotel at Gangtok.
DAY 02 TSANGU EXCURSION
Morning proceed for an excursion to Tshangu Lake & Baba Mandir (12400 ft / 54 kms / 03 hrs). Evening back to Gangtok. Overnight at Hotel
DAY 03 GANGTOK- DARJEELING
After breakfast go for local sightseeing covering Jhakri Water Falls, Research Institute of Tibetology (Closed on Sunday & govt. Holidays), Do-Drul Chorten, Directorate of Handicrafts & Handloom (Closed on Sunday & Govt. Holidays) & Flower Show. Afternoon transfer to Darjeeling (7100 ft / 115 kms / 4½ hrs). Evening free for leisure. Over night at Hotel.
DAY 04 DARJEELING
Early morning tour to Tiger Hills (at around at 4 am) to morning view sunrise over Kanchenjunga Peak (subject to clear weather) on your way back visit Batasia Loop & Ghoom Monastery. After Breakfast city tour of Darjeeling visit Padmaja Naidu Himalaya Zoological Park & Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Closed on Thursday), Tea Garden (outer view), Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self – Help Center (Closed on Sunday), Japanese Temple, Peace Pagoda & Ropeway (not operational only view point). Overnight stay at Hotel
DAY 05 DARJELLING – NJP RAILWAY STATION / IXB AIRPORT
After breakfast leave Darjeeling and proceed towards – NJP railway station / Bagdogra Airport (110 kms / 03 hrs) for your onward journey.
