One of the excellent resort of Maharashtra. Work is still going on but i've stayed in many resort & I can say that it's one of the best resort so far. Sea view AC cottage are best as they are on hills & giving perfect sea view. Located just below forest trees hence you get pure oxygen, you don't need AC also. Furniture & amenities like fridge, quick water heater, working telephones, nice wooden interior, spacious rooms are one of the best feature. Restaurant is excellent with food & location. Need to act quickly on parking space for which I guess work is going on. Harihareshwar temple is just 1. 5 Km away. Withal Jamal restaurant is just 200 m away for trying variety. You can purchase Mango's from nearby only. Nice staff. Need to do something in play area for kids as all toys are broken there Suggestion - Sea view AC cottages are better that sea view super deluxe AC cottage s.
, provides yet another great resort. It's perfectly located. Being only 1 km. From shrine, is a great thing to have this kind of ultra luxury resort. Costs around 1500 for a room. Restaurant is okay. It provides food, which tastes a bit like home made food. Way better than other private hotels and lodges, in Harihareshwar.
The resort is undergoing upgradation. Sea view cottages are very comfortable with all the amenities. Resort restaurant was in a makeshift arrangement but food was bearable. No facilities for any other activity. Service is okay. If I have a chance to visit the place I will definitely prefer this resort.
The best part of Resorts are their location are very prime. When we visited this place I liked the way the rooms are designed and the staircase leads you towards the beach side. However since the rooms were in renovation phase we didn't had a very good experience . .
The resort is located on the beach and we were fortunate enough to watch dolphins from the restaurant area. The beach is rocky and not so clean to enjoy. Food in the canteen was good and tasty. Sleep quality and bed material was also good . . I would recommend this place if going to Harihareshwar. They have beautiful newly built cottage, it's very romantic and peaceful.
We went to Harihareshwar in September 2015, along with my cousin's family. We have booked 2 sea view cottages and the experience has been really good. The individual well-kept cottages are just in front of this rocky Harihareshwar beach and the sound of the waves can be clearly heard in the room or balcony, during evenings. Although, not much to do in here, except 2 beaches and few temples. Food was good but the restaurant was under construction and we had food in a temporary place, not very convenient. Overall, good place to relax with family and friends.
What you cannot argue about resorts are their locations - brilliant. Harihareshwar is brilliantly located, between the hills and a beach that is almost exclusively for the guests. I had visited the property 10 years ago and it was so green and the rooms so nice but this time it was not very good. The Konkani huts were in a sad state, the walls had wet patches. The overall cleanliness in the room is fine but the garden area, which was so good and rustic, was in decrepit condition. There were wild shrubs growing all over the area. But the newly built super deluxe AC rooms that gives you a sea view were classy. If you want to stay in the next one year, stay in the super deluxe AC rooms. But there is construction going on and until that takes place, Harihareshwar is not worth visiting. Ten years ago the canteen that produced food was average. Now they are terrible. If not for the complimentary breakfast, I would not have had my breakfast there at all. They don't know how to make a cup of tea, the vegetarian dishes have a generous dose of added-on colour and are tasteless.
We quite liked this place, as a good weekend gateway from the humdrum of Mumbai. The drive down is good, early morning even better. Takes around 5 hours from vashi. And yes, Google maps help in case there aren't people on the road to guide. The rooms are quite basic, but enough for a family of 3, with an infant. The A/C rooms were comfortable, neat and clean. The ambience is quite. The restaurant is more like a dhaba with chairs laid out. The great part is that the staff is quite helpful and very friendly. Unlike the professional aloofness of hotels. They provide room service at no extra cost. We had 'thali' dinner, with the quality being good and quantity more than enough. Good place for one night weekend getaway!
The hotel was good. The food served by the hotel was good in variety. The quality of the food was good. The hotel was located nearby the highway. I reached the hotel easily. The room allotted to me was neat and clean. The amenities at the room were in good working condition. The check in and checkout process was not delayed. The garden was there at the hotel surrounding. The lawn was there at the hotel for children. It was an official trip. The parking facility was there at the hotel.
I went to Harihareshwar with my family and friends. We stayed there for around 3 days and it was an excellent hotel with good service. The rooms were good, they look like small huts from outside, but from inside they are walloped and clean. Every family had a separate hut and all huts were close by. The location of the hotel was amazing! It was very close to the beach and we had an amazing view of the beach from the balcony. You can walk over to the beach in the morning or evening. We had our breakfast together in an open place from where we had an amazing view of the beach. Harihareshwar is a beautiful place for beach lovers especially. We went during the early weeks of July and there were light showers now and then. The food was also good overall. The hotel was affordable and worth the money. If you are looking for a place out with family and friends, Harihareshwar is definitely a good option.
Harihareshwar offers the beauty of a beach, quaint town and temple. While we visited, it was monsoon, hence the place was very green and cool. The beach is close, at a walking distance to the resort and hence this is a great advantage. The cottages are also well spaced out, but wish they could maintain it better. Food is simple, nice, but service can be quite laid-back. If you are out with a larger family, friend group, its great to hang-out, relax and play games at the beach. Weekends do tend to become a bit noisy though. Close to the resort is an ancient Shiva temple, this is worth visiting as well. Another option for food lovers is to venture out for a home cooked meal with locals to taste authentic local food, served at their homes. This can be easily arranged, if you venture out and scout for such options. I rate it good, simply because when I travel, I tend to discount the rest of the luxuries like service, comfort and place a higher weightage on just the location, which in this case is quite nice.
The hotel is very conveniently located. It's in the central of the city. It was easy to reach and very conveniently located. We had no problem in locating the hotel. Appearance was very good. The staff at this hotel is friendly. The service was very good. The rooms in this hotel are good spacious, clean and hygienic. All the basic amenities provided were all working, but not maintained. We had our food here and the quality and quantity was good, but not hygienic. The appearance of the hotel was good or you can say excellent. There was no delay in check-in and check-out. They don't have the activities available. It was good, hotel & I will recommend this hotel to other. The garden was not well maintained. The main problem is the hotel is not well maintained. Bar service was not good. Swimming pool was required. The tariff was very cheap.
We had a family two days trip in April 1st week. The resort campus is quite large and good. Lot of new dwelling and infra facilities are under construction and should expect a fantastic tourist campus in another year or so The cottages - present and planned - are independent and spacious, all green around. The service offered is okay. The main advantages are reliability and security (being government monitored) as well as ample of plot area. Booking is easy Main disadvantage is lack of close access to beach. Main beach and temple is near-by but not walk-able distance Hence, I would suggest this as the best choice, if you plan group travel and beach as a non-primary agenda.
Good hotel conveniently located with beautiful surroundings. The hotel's appearance was good and any middle class family can go and enjoy the trip nicely. Food quality was very good with lot of varieties to choose. The staff and their services were really good and rooms are good with clean beds, mattress, pillows and blankets. We could see the nice beach and garden view from the hotel. There were a lot of fun filled activities conducted by them. This hotel was one of the best for honeymoon and family trip. Overall experience was good and value for money. I would surely recommend this to others.
The hotel is in a good location. Appearance was good. Room, service and food was also very good. There were no activities in this place. They can improve the quality of food. Service was good. Staff was friendly.
