MTDC Holiday Resort Kanhaiya Kunj Reviews (3)
I had my wonderful 5 day tour in Maharashtra but unfortunately on 6th day I had to check up this hotel and we had a nightmare experience. First of all the 2 rooms I booked was not only neat and clean but had live roaches wondering here and there while the toilet was filthy nevertheless to mention the room had old furniture including lots of broken frames and furniture. WE were charged 750/room and for 2 rooms 1500 which was really not worthy. I wish to know why MTDC has approved this like of old rotten hotels under the name of MTDC, what a shame.under what criteria this hotel was given approval from MTDC because I know I have wasted 1500 for such a place only reading MTDC. I will held MTDC responsible for such kind of misleading hotels. The only pros I like in this hotel is the food was good.
There were difficulties to reach the hotel since the hotel was conveniently located with good access to temples. The hotel has a good ambience with good services and staffs behaviour. The rooms were neat and clean spacious with working condition amenities. The food that I had tasted at this hotel was tasty. There were no delays while checking-in and checking-out. There were no sightseeing trips organised by the hotel but there was gym and swimming pool provided by the hotel.
Overall it was good..... and expensive.... Food preparation was ok.... Hospitality was not very good but not even bad. ...Get the comments immediately after the stay. ...Disturbing the customer after months past for the reviews was more irritating....
