MUnnar is a beautiful place with picturesque views all around you . The mountain air is fresh and rejuvenating . Its an ideal place to relax . Blackberry is a good property with fantastic views from your room

Best Experience: The staff was couteous and polite at all times . Service was always given with a smile .

Worst Experience: While the property is very good , its not recommended for people who shy away from exercise . The uphill climb to the reception / restaurant can be quite taxing for those not used to regular exercise. Also these conditions make room service delayed and with restrictions on timings

Great overall vacationing experience amidst mountains wrapped in a green carpet and misty peaks. Blackberry Hills located in the Munnar ranges provides breath taking views from the comfort of the hitel room balcony itself. Take a deepth breath of fresh air and soak in the peace and quiet and enjoy nature at it\'s best. The hotel provides great accomodation and great Kerala cuisine and has options of North Indian and Continental cuisine as well. Very good amenties to trek in the hills, play indoor games or be pampered in aroma therapy sessions. Excellent quality of rooms and service is always with a smile. Would highly recommend to folks planning a Munnar vacation.

Best Experience: The whole experience was enjoyable and memorable. It\'s difficult to single out a best moment.

Worst Experience: The hotel is not however recommended for elderly since the rooms are along the mountain slope and at different levels. The reception, lobby and restaurant are on the top level. Therefore a lot of climbing is involved on a daily basis which though not dangerous, it takes your breath away. Room service is however available for all meals except breakfast.

It was our perfect holiday at Black berry hills. We opted for Black berry hills for our honeymoon upon recommendation by Sree tours and travels. We were little apprehensive about it because the photos in website didn’t look all that good. We opted for monsoon package because it’s greener during monsoon and there would be more water which we like. On our arrival at Black berry hills resort and looking at the reception area, for a moment we felt we made mistake because the reception looked unappealing. But, that was the only moment we felt uncomfortable. Sooner the staff saw us, they ran towards us with smile and helped with our luggage from the car. The staff was courteous and very friendly. We had to walk down to the room using the pathway. It was nice walk among lush greenery and flowers. The rooms are way down from the reception because they have carved out the hill and made a place to construct them. When we were shown our room we were awestruck at the view. The view from balcony was infinite and made us that we are standing among the clouds. The room was clean and well maintained. There was a little garden outside our room with beautiful flowers and we liked the entrance to the room a lot. We stayed there for 4 days. Though we had booked a cab for sightseeing, we kept it to the minimum as we enjoyed staying at resort more. The food was excellent and customized to our taste. It was not buffet during our visit. So, we had the freedom to select from the menu which had Indian, Chinese and Continental dishes. The room service was good and the food was packed well. We could easily make out that they care for hygiene and customer satisfaction. One thing I noticed that all guests were treated alike with smile and attended immediately. All the staff members were friendly and polite. Overall it’s an experience we shall cherish.

Best Experience: 1. Excellent food 2. Courteous service 3. Good location and view 4. During the morning and the evening, we could see the mist covering our room as well. it was most wonderful sight I have ever seen.

Worst Experience: nothing at all.
