Hotel Review of Retreat, The
Comments: it was very boring since my spouse had a bad attack of cold, on the other hand that left me with a lot of time to explore the ins and outs of the hotel. The smell of the fish was a dampener on the other hand the huge swimming pool really rocked!
Best Experience: Playing water polo with some of the 'guys' from another group in the HUGE pool was the most fun
Worst Experience: A group of guys got nude in to the pool in the morning and NO ONE tried to stop them, this was a ridiculous first seen in any 5 star resort by me,

The worst thing about the resort is the stink of fish as soon as one leaves the premise of the AC environment. The distance from the main city is also a pain. Once in the resort though, its a pleasurable experience....

It was just for a short brief but had a good time. I checked in on 16th night and checked out at 17th. But the resort is a wonderful place just near to Mumbai just to be away from Mumbai. They take good care of you and hospitality is also according to standards....
