Hotel Review of North Gate Hotel
Comments: Good for business travellers who have work mostly across Vaigai (away from temple, etc.)

Not so good for leisure travellers, especially ones with families, children, etc.
Best Experience: Rooms were clean

Parking facility was ample

Serving staff (room service, house maintenance) were efficient with most requests


Worst Experience: Requested to extend checkout by couple of hours that the manager denied (it was not an availability of room issue...just inflexibility and disinterest in accomodating request)

The buffet breakfast was not good and service around this was poor

Wash/sink in one of the rooms we used was leaking and complaints were not acted on (advise was to turn off the valve when sink was not in use)

Same room had a heavy smell of smoke (aftereffects of previous tenant's use?) - room could have been aired out more before it was handed over to us
