Hotel Review of Supreme Hotel
Comments: It is close to the main attraction in the town, Madurai template. That means it is close to Madurai markets as well if you looking to do some shopping for local goods
You can walk to the hotel from the railway station
Best Experience: Nothing
Worst Experience: Totally poor service in the dining halls and in room service. I could go on and on but I will just site a few instances that happened over one weekend

1. All our items were served to our table after they turned cold. Ask the supervisor, he says that's all I can do. If you don't want to it, he will cancel it. Period. Unfriendly
2. The waiter leaves some dish on your table, you ask him what it is, he just leaves without answering your question. Rude.
3. The manager pretends not to be on the floor at all when you want to talk to him and when you finally get to meet Your Highness he shouts at you and complains that you are wasting his time and that of others customers. He knows what he is doing and does not want to hear what you have to say. I don't even have a word to describe him.
4. I order for 6 cups of coffee and 1 cup of tea in room service. After confirming once again, I am served 6 cups of tea and 1 cup of coffee. D'uh?
5. Flask that is given to serve coffee to the room is broken and cup is not washed. Negligence

Don't expect any service when you go there. They are short of staff and compensate for that by being rude to their customers.
People, do yourselves a favor. Go someplace else

Restaurant on the roof is nice and good food. The Temple few is good, the rooms not the best but still ok....
