Initial part of this stretch is much steep. You need to trek inside forest, You will find here "leeches world" in post monsoon. Couple of times you will come out of the forest and again your trek trail enters to the forest. After trekking 4KMS you will find PWD guest house. PWD guest house offers you accommodation and food(basic food) 2) Route-2 : Via Hindumane falls route is marked using blue, brown and purple color. If you are travelling from Shimoga side then you will find trek starting point before Nittur (1. 5 KMS before Nittur ). Initial trek route is marked in blue line in above map, this is very easy roue as you will be walking on tar road, need to walk 2. 5 Kms Approx. Till primary school(If you have private vehicle then you can take vehicle till primary school). You need to take right turn. Next stretch is marked in brown line, This trek trail also easy (If you have private vehicle then your vehicle can go up to little more distance then road condition is not that good, you can park your vehicle), There are many small roads which may make you little confuse(If you are taking this trek route then better to get guide along with you). Purple line represents trek trail inside forest. This trek stretch is most difficult part of your trek. You will find beautiful Hindumane falls on the way. [Warning: During monsoon make sure that Hindumane falls is not overflowing as you need to cross this falls], This is pretty steep climb inside forest. Length of this stretch is around 2 KMS. This trek rail reaches again jeep trail which is marked in blue line. You need to trek on jeep road for another 2KMS to reach PWD guest house, This route is marked in blue line.
I had visited this hotel with my husband for honeymoon purpose. The room was spacious and clean. I had booked this room by online. The complimentary breakfast and welcome drink was not provided in the hotel. Everything was good in the hotel. Lawn area was available at the hotel. I would like to recommend this hotel to upcoming travellers. The best part of the hotel was ambience, service and behaviour of staff’s.

The hotel is very good if you are searching for a low budget hotel in Goa. Room service is nice, the room was fully arranged when I enter in to it. Very supporting staff they are having, quality of food was very nice and the taste was as well. Overall activities there was little less otherwise every thing was nice. They can help you for transport facilities also, in a nutshell the experience was satisfying there, you don't feel that your money is not worth.
Hotel is very good, accommodation is mind blowing, service of everything is good, affordable price. But the room is not that much big, bed is not that much good but over all good. Every family, couple should visit goa and stay in this hotel because it is best place to spent quality time.
Its a good and lovely experience. I really enjoyed a lot. The facilities are simply awesome and the food was very tasty and good service. The cleanliness is also good. The out look and inner look is excellent. I would like to visit again with my family and friends.
We stayed here for 4 days in month of December (peak season), great place in relation to morning to evening activity, so many good restaurant within and nearby premises. Daily evening live music band and that is also you can easily viewed from your balcony is something mesmerizing. On saturday and Sunday night live band with zumba and salsa dance group was awesome. I booked room on phone but when i reached there they offer me bigger room at lesser price so I surprised, night time also upto 2 a. M. You can see people in that area enjoying their life
Went to Goa in August! Although many hotels were under some construction due to off season. Maggie's hotel was fully operational. Just at walking distance from Calangute beach. Nice hotel and a very quite place with many foreigners. Clean and small swimming pool. Average staff because most were on holiday because of off season. Clean big rooms, villa type rooms with every facility. Had a small meal didn't try much just had some dishes which were good. And yeah chilled bear by the swimming full on music what else you need in a budget hotel which is well-built. Nothing extraordinary but still worth it. :)
This hotel is located in a prime area. They have a swimming pool which is something which I prefer for my Goa stay. It was well-maintained and clean. The rooms were not that great. Ask for pool view rooms as they are better than the rest. The service was below average and they frowned every time we asked for food. Apart from service, everything is good.
