The front desk staff was very supported. The receiving was good. The activities provided were also in good condition. Food was delicious and tasty. Overall service was good.
The appearance of the hotel was well maintained and attractive. The check in and checkout process was done easily. The service provided by the hotel was good and quick. The staffs at the hotel were good and polite. The room allotted to me was not spacious. All the amenities at the room were in working condition. The Wi-Fi facility was provided by the hotel.
i have gone here 10 years ago. majorda is not crowded hence i chose this . the airport pick up was messed up, waited one hour. the hotel is 1 plus hour ride from airport. they have forgotten the word maintenace. the rooms were awfully dirty. bath was fungus ridden after complaining they showed another room and it had lizard some how i got shifted the food is very oily and spicy. their menu does not change much evenings there is a free drink which the waitors gulp it away wifi does not work only good thing was walk on the nbeach
goodexperience but costly place to stay. it is ok for conferences on package deal. plus point is the beach. external appeaence is ok but not of a 5 star calibre..drinks are definitely costly.travel desk ok.senior citizens to be given discount on all facilities.tv cable connections of adjoining state to be included.national newspapers to be given to every room.
I went there with my family. It was few years back. This was one of the most memorable time of my life. We stayed there for 5 days and it was 5 days of bliss. It has good rooms with a indoor/outdoor swimming pool, a pub gaming arena, etc. Best part is that it is a beach resort which gives us exclusive access to the beach. They conduct their own trips to sightseeing inside Goa with a guide. They have activities going on throughout the day. The best thing there is the food. Trust me it amazing. The only thing i felt is that few things are a bit overpriced. But i would give a 10 for it.
Stayed in the hotel for a night in August. The Hotel is probably one of the oldest 5 star resorts in South Goa. Was impressed by the upkeep and maintenance of the hotel. The property is very vast with plenty of things to do (Swimming pools, childrens play area, Beach etc.)
The hotel was set in a not so crowded part of Goa. Since our vacation was still within the monsoon months, it was nice to be at a hotel that would have the complete package. Firstly we were upgraded to the diva rooms which is a little walk from The reception area but make up for it by the sheer beauty and size of the room. The pools, 3 in total, were extremely enjoyable with a very peaceful view of fields and coconut trees lining the coastline. The kids entertainment room really kept the kids busy and had at-least 2 attendants at all times. Martin's corner which is a great place for authentic Goan food is a short walk away. The other eating joints outside the resort I personally found quite average. The breakfast buffet that was a part of our hotel package was quite a nice spread.great experience" We had great time, kids enjoyed their stay. Food was great specially Breakfast & service was excellent. Rooms and bathroom was superb, Beach was little far but was clean. Swimming pool was nice with great view, all restaurant had great food. Theater was also well-maintained. Overall, great experience.
The overall experience was great! Though one of the oldest properties in Goa, they have still maintained a good standard. The pick up was in place and we had a pleasant drive to the hotel enjoying the scenic Goa. The welcome was nice with a drink, etc. The room was big for all 4 of us. Two adults and two children. Beds were big and neat. One does not need to go in for an extra bed for a family of 4. swimming pool and facilities were great. The property is just on the beach. Food is good for the 1st two days and then one gets bored with the same taste. Its not spicy as it caters to the foreign tourists too. Charges are reasonable. As we had gone on a package, it was a good VFM package for the whole family. We would be glad to go back to the place in future.

A wondeful place for a holiday with family. The location, the resort, the room, the service, the food and the seaside experience were great. Leasure activities for the vacationers could be improved. The beach is beautiful. Some activities such as games, watersports will help. sun umbrellas and easy chairs on the beach will be great. Timings of indoor activities and swimming pools have been restricted from 8 am to 6pm. Breakfast starts at 7.30 am, whereas swimming opens only at 8 am. Do you swim first or have breakfast first?!!
Goa! Sea, Sand and Surf - pure heaven. The Majorda beach resort is a rather nice combination of modern amenities with a sprinkling of old world charm (a section complete with wooden flooring high ceiling and huge wooden doors). With enough and more to do regardless of whether you\'re an outdoor (they have a lovely pool, two restaurants and of course a vast expanse of sea!) or indoor person (table tennis, tennis courts, carrom, an indoor swimming pool, a lounge cum library with a glorious sea view and a restaurant and casino!) the resort is quite an experience. I\'m told they also arrange for water sports if you\'re so inclined. The food wasn\'t particularly inspiring - if you want a taste of goan cuisine this isn\'t the place for it. (Down the road from the resort - about a 15 minute walk is a quaint restaurant called Martin\'s which has the most divine goan food ever! definitely a must visit). The waiters were polite for the most part, but i didn\'t carry back impressions of warmth and hospitality. The rooms are big and spacious with all the comforts one expects - a/c, TV, mini-bar, safe and wardrobes.
