Hotel Review of Majorda Beach Resort
Comments: Since it was our first visit to GOA, we were really looking forward to it and What a time we all had - the Hotel and the city GOA gave me immense pleasure and the satisfaction of having got more worth for every penny spent. The Hotel was lovely - food, service, private sea side, amenities like Casino, sauna, steam bath, etc, were all very well appreciated by my family members. The best part off course was the immense variety of food items for all meals. HAve never eaten so much in my life. I really look forward to staying that hotel while visiting GOA again.
Best Experience: Food, Food, Food, Food, Food and Food only - was awesome. All 4 days of it - no repetition of items and all well cooked and served well.
Worst Experience: Overall Service could have been better - but it was not all bad infact it was good.

Certainly not as premium as it is made out to be - the more branded hotels would probably be better. Has in all probability lost its sheen and not much motivation to recapture it since it is a seller's market and the maximum thrust seems to be on attracting overseas tourists....

Goa! Sea, Sand and Surf - pure heaven. The Majorda beach resort is a rather nice combination of modern amenities with a sprinkling of old world charm (a section complete with wooden flooring high ceiling and huge wooden doors). With enough and more to do regardless of whether you're an outdoor (they have a lovely pool, two restaurants and of course a vast expanse of sea!) or indoor person (table tennis, tennis courts, carrom, an indoor swimming pool, a lounge...

We had a nice time at the resort despite not being able to use some facilities which were closed for the monsoons. The resort looks a little dated now and not exactly approaching 5-star standards. But the place is overall well maintained. The rooms are clean, the staff and service is excellent and the food and drink are great. This was a terrific beach resort i visited on my Honeymoon. Though i stayed in the resort during the Monsoons, so cud not see what kind of Water sports they were offering, otherwise full marks to every other aspect. I was there for 5 nyts and Six days and it was just filled with fun. THe beach was so good that we chose only this one to take a dip in, though we had gone to see Vagatore and Calangute...
