The overall experience was good. The rooms were spacious and well lit. The location is very near to busstand and railway station. The reception is very beautifully decorated and gives a warm welcoming feeling.

Nice experience in Kottayam, great destination., the location is very nice very close to the railway station. The service of the hotel was great and the staff was very cooperative. The rooms were neat and clean and the food served was very tasty. More

overall experience was good. rooms and washrooms are well maintained. but room service is not good. also it is convinient as it is near to the railway station.
