The Mallikarjuna Temple is devoted to a small lingam of Mallikarjuna Swamy and Goddess Brahmaraambigai. Footmarks can be seen on the lingam, which are believed to be of Kaamadhenu. The Chamundeeswari, Veerabadrar and Sandhyaa Ganapathi sannadhis are part of the temple complex.
This temple is known for a week long agricultural fair, held during the months of January and February. The Veera Anjaneya Koil and Anaadhi Vaikunta Nathar temples are nearby pilgrimage sites.
