This is the honest review about hotel mamalla heritage this is the URL http://www.hotelmamallaheritage.com. This is the best budget hotel I have seen. Yes! When I was entered into the hotel I thought that I have chosen the wrong hotel. But the rooms are very neat, clean with a pleasant ambiance I loved a lot with the external view. I got a room on the second floor hence it makes me very happy. Especially, their food service is awesome including the taste. By repeatedly I was eating dosa with pudhina chutney it brings an awesome taste. The overall review is 4/5.
To put it in short, we were thrilled to be pampered. The room was luxury at the rate provided - including the ac, the plush bed and the room corner mini-bar refrigerator! Room service was excellent, the front desk was extremely cooperative, and the overall service was smilingly delivered. Food was delicious, though a few dishes were a shade spicy to our taste, but that may be entirely personal preference.
I'm sure when it was first open the hotel was very smart. But, it has been left to rot, and is in need of some tlc. An OK hotel in a really great destination. Room Tip: Go high, third floor. But there is no lift, so you need to be happy with steep stairs.
Overall good. Location wise its in the center of city. Renovation required as it was quite old. When we were there it was going on. So it would have ready by now. Overall value for money. Recommend for budget travellers. Not very luxurious but good for a day stay as it is walkable to the sight seeing places.
I stayed in this hotel in December for family trip for relaxation. The destination was very clean and had beautiful beach. The hotel location was close to the ancient structure and had too much heritage. It was very close to this bus stop. The hotel had good ambience and maintained. Reception was helpful and prompt. I booked this hotel directly and the room provided was very average as it was very small and congested. In fact the bathroom was not maintained well. The hotel service was very slow and the food was okay nothing great although the complimentary breakfast was good. The overall my experience was okay and I would recommend this hotel. The only suggestion was there was no lift in the hotel hence if you get room on the 3rd floor you need to carry your luggage.
