Manali food, sight-seeing and shopping options
Its a great place to shop for Tibetan artifacts, Juices, Jams and Squashes and fruit wines. There's a lot to see too - the Beas river, the nature park (a pine forest in the heart of manali), the temples, the Mall Road with its shops and restaurants, Old Manali with its interesting shops and restaurents, Rohtang Pass ...

Hotel Review of Banon Resorts
Comments: I stayed here with my wife & daughter in June-07 for a week. The place is conviniently located , about 1 Km from the Mall. We used to walk down or catch a auto. Not much to do at the hotel.
The room was ok. Cleanliness was maintained & service was good .
The views of the Valley from the coffee shop is great.
Worst Experience: I was given the worst room in the whole hotel , the one above the kitchen, with so much of noise all through the night. In spite of complaints to the management there was no change. Please any one going to this place avoid rooms above the kitchen.

Hotel Review of Banon Resorts
I stayed there along with my family in the month of October. I found that they have taken a wedding reception order and stopped providing room service and Dinner for the common boarders. We had to go to the Mall( around two km. away) to take a cup of tea. They compelled us to take dinner from the menu of wedding party. It was beyond our dignity and virtually starved as we couldn't go outside at night due to unknown...

Hotel Review of Banon Resorts
The location was exquisite.. resort was too good. It was a off peak season... hence we had got a discounted rate with one night off. still when we reached there we got a cottage (for no extra charge) even though we had booked for only a double room. ofcourse not many were there as it was offseason. The view was excellent and food and service great. Activity part was poor.. might be good if u are willing to spent...
