i was very desperate to see snowfall, due to that i didn't sleep for whole night, and keep sitting just near the window in the wait of snowfall. to see how rainfall would changed to snowfall, i slept near window by 4 or 5 a.m,

Best Experience: scenic view was excellent, i was able to snow peaks full of snow while laying on my bed.

Worst Experience: hmmmmmmmmm! i don't think any, ya but resort was very far from market place, that was inconvinient ofcourse

resort is beautifully located and the view from the resort is the best with snow caped mountains all over, the resort is located not far from the main market, this was the best time like march end to visit manali, as we got good amount of snow with not much of travelling, you get snow at sollang valley during this time of the year, as the snow vanishes by mid april here then you have to travel far of places like rohtang pass where you get snow all round the year, while in sollang valley you can enjoy cable car ride which takes you to mountain peak for views with valley of snow all around, while there you get photographer all around you can bargain with them almost 50% of their quote price, also while you rent the jackets for snow you get lots of bargain, and try not take advise from your car driver for that as they have their cuts, you can rent jackets and shoe set for as low as rs 80/- for good quality and rs 50/- for ordinary at some places you can find board mentioning these prices, while at solang to the cable car top you should try fruit chat it was the best you will have anywhere else, you can also go for paragliding here to have adventurous feel, while in city try 'HONEY BEE' shop there it stocks best of cakes and croissants and for meals there is sher-e-pujab in the main market, while shopping in market you should have good bargaining power, as you get similar items almost in every shop and the rates wary in every shop for the same item, for good offers at reasonable price you should go at the market just opposite to garden and next to fire brigade and near to Tibetan monastery..

Best Experience: the best experience was view from the room, and the food and cocktails here were excellent, the manager of the restaurant and serving staff are very good and polite to suggest you to best of their food to try there, they have very good activities every evening you can enjoy every moment there and not get bored at all whoever you are young or old, the in charge of activity center is also a good singer he bring back all your old memories alive..

Worst Experience: No worst experience here... but i had bad luck with the booking of the car i had done online from Taxiforrent.com the agent owner Mr.Syed Surqan, he had cheated me as he was to provide me latest modeled A/C car and good driver for which i had paid extra to him, but he being just an agent he passed my booking to some one else and took his all the profit cut in advance, by which you are left with no other options but to continue with what you get in return, i can say that he is a CHEAT.

Club Mahindra snow peaks is comparatively smaller properly at Manali. However this hotel still lives up to the Club Mahindra standards. Staff is very co-operative and is eager to help you to all holiday details of sightseeing and places to visit. Apartments are spacious, well lit and tastefully done. It was a nice experience to watch a first glimpse of sun rays bursting from behind the snow peaks from our apartment balcony. Activity room at the resort is fun for kids and parents alike. Especially the karaoke machine is fun to sing along. They also arrange camp fire in the night and arrange games for the guests. overall a wonderful to place to stay in Manali.

Best Experience: We were greeted with a welcome drink on arrival. The resort staff was very helpful to all our queries. They arranged vehicles for our local sightseeing and also clothing and other gear to go to the snow mountains. Head chef even packed us couple of sandwiches while we were checking out and on our way to Shimla after three days stay, informing that on the way we may not find good eateries. That was a delightful gesture!

Worst Experience: Nothing really...however we could not found much variation in lunch and dinner menu, which was conveyed to the head chef, who was very forthcoming to our suggestions.

Mahindra snowpeaks is situated at a comfortable distance away from the noisy, dirty town of Manali. I think Manali is more bearable when snow covers all the muck on the streets. Club Mahindra is quite good as far as stay goes, but the food was dismal in quality - even comapred to their other properties.

Best Experience: The studio multi level apartments are classy and vert snug after a day out in the snow. Our lower level heater was blown, but they arranged for a portable heater. Excellent cell network coverage and had no problems using Airtel to catch up on a bit of work there as well.

Worst Experience: Food !! DISMAL !! Not only was the north indian cuisine terrible, the south indian food was not even close to what it should be. Fire the chef, or transfer him to Coorg Club Mahindra for a while to learn maybe !!

Overall Experience was fantastic. The drive to Rohtang Pass was amazing and is a must do for all.

Best Experience: The paragliding on the way down from Rohtang still remains one of the highlights of this visit. Not to forget the Momos served to us during dinner in the resort.

Worst Experience: There was no such experience
