This is very good and famous hotel. The location is very good and easy to visit. The appearance of hotel is so nice and good looking. The hotel is well-maintained and clean, rooms are tidy and good, room service is just okay and restaurant is below good. I have stayed here with my friends in last month.

"Good Hotel with good staff services "

Posted 25 Jul, 2015

Services were very good. The view was very good. The food and the bathroom for couple was good. The way they treated us was very fine. At last they booked us the taxi to move and visit places at very normal rate.

"Room not spacious, poor lift facility"

Posted 13 Oct, 2014

Were placed up in this inn, because of Hotel Southern. We weighed in at Southern and they assigned us rooms in this lodging. Direct encounter was not decent. We should be gotten from the New Delhi railway station and they had all points of interest of our landing yet the taxi left around 10 minutes after we landed at the station. We held up more than 30 minutes at the station sitting tight for the get. On touching base at Southern, perceived that a gathering got rooms in the lodging and we didn't have any rooms in Southern yet rather were moved to Mandakini, their sister wander. On registering with Mandakini, the lift wouldn't work at the first occasion, it was fine later however. We were stuck in the lift for 3-4 minutes. The front work area gentleman was not average either on seeing us stuck in the lift. The room was not enormous, there should be a fridge that wouldn't work. We requested for a flask of mineral water which was served hot (not warm). We didn't have the icebox attempting to cool it. The great thing about this inn was it was near the shopping range of Karol Bagh and there were some great consuming joints close by at 5 minutes walk.

"Excellent service and spacious room"

Posted 9 Oct, 2014

I stayed in the hotel with my wife during the month of September 2013. Location of the hotel was good. The appearance of the hotel was very good. There was no delay while check in and check out. Staff service was excellent. The rooms are spacious and well maintained with amenities. Delhi as travel destination was excellent. I have no idea about swimming pool and gym facility. I had food outside.

Posted 7 Aug, 2014

I was on official tour, and stayed at this hotel. The rooms were good and spacious. The service was little slow. Toilets were neat and clean. Cost was a bit high. Food quality was average. Connectivity was not that good.
