destination (gangtok)was good but hotel mandala\' stay experiance was average.

Best Experience: location of hotel is good.

Worst Experience: in winter season there was no facility of room heater in the room.

Mandala Hotel comes under small budget hotel. It has some basic ammenities. They have good hot water facility. Rooms are also managable. Service is okay. Overall an average hotel. More

Cozy and nice rooms. the service was not that great we had a few requests which they could not do for us. They could definitely improve on that parameter did not find any other issues here. More

Mandala Hotel is located opposite to IDBI Bank, near Old Taxi Stand. This hotel was opened to guests in 2003. The hotel is 110 km away from Bagdogra Airport. The nearest railhead is Bagdogra Railway Station, which is 110 km away. It is 0.5 km away from the SNT Bus stand.
