I visited this hotel for a relaxation with my family. Loved the food & overall experience of this hotel. Loved the staff response which was quick and responsive in seconds. Most of amenities were available and suggest visitors of Jaipur to visit it once. Everyone will love the finger licking food. But next I would be with my own vehicle as it was in outward so transport was certain problem. But overall nice experience.
Superb hotel to stay with good staff. Well-managed rooms with excellent food and hygienic. Staff are good and service is also good.
Stayed for 2 nights, 2nd and 3rd Nov. Good hotel, nice friendly staff. Like the garden and the evening puppet show very much. Food is mixed, traditional Indian spicy with European too. Bed was nice and clean. Little bit of problem with the flush in the toilet but adjusted by the plumber after we informed the front desk.
my overall experience was not at all good. infact i will remember this experience as the worst one i ever had. sorry for being so harsh but one really feels upsets when your child falls down in the hotel premises, brokes her bone and still the hotel athourities are least bothered and not even courteous enough to call a doctor (or leave aside the medical bill) then i suppose nothing worst can happen. and to top it the service was sooo slow and poor, that when i asked for a glass of hot milk for my poor little daughter, it came 45 minutes late and the milk was a burned one. God, how can you expect such kind of services from an upcoming heritage hotel. they were not even couteous enough to give my little darling a bunch of flower or a little toy to show their affection. i would never suggest this hotel to anybody.
