Clear Beach

This beach is visible from the jetty. The beach access is quite less. There are rocks at some places on this beach. These rocks are quite good to see the evening sunset at this beach.

Good facilities in the beach

Very near form Awas just 6-8 kms where you can get a ferry to Gateway of India. These ferry rides are available on hourly basis and are very convenient for Mumbaikars! Also has ample parking space and food joints for chilling. Should visit in evening for experiencing the peaceful sunset view on this Jetty!

Great view of Mumbai

This is the place from where there are launches that can take you to Gateway of India in 45 minutes. Just standing on this beach and watching the Mumbai skyline is also a great experience.

Second best beach in Alibaug

The beach is just next to Varsoli beach in its beauty. Some contend that this is the most beautiful beach in Alibag due to the beautiful Jetty that it has, amazing view and you can also see the Mumbai skyscrapers. There are 4-5 shops with lot of food items (snacks). The drive to this beach is also very scenic. In fact after the beach sightseeing while returning to Alibag you can also bypass the main road and take a detour into narrow roads which have very scenic views. And don't worry about getting lost you can ask people and they are very helpful. Just a tip that don't take these by pass roads after sunset as they are narrow and sharp turns
