The variety of food was available in the hotel. I went to this hotel by my own vehicle. The parking facility was available at the hotel. The garden was available at the hotel. It hax a lalong menu to choose from. The rooms were large and spacious. The bathroom was up to date and very modern.
This hotel was located conveniently and I did not find any difficulty in finding the hotel. This hotel was located near to the city. Car parking was very spacious and comfortable. The staffs were quick and friendly. The appearance of the hotel was very clean and it was well maintained. The rooms were spacious, neat, and clean with some basic amenities. I had a beach view form the room. The food was good but it was less spicy and it was very limited. I was happy with the room allotted for me. The hotelier has some indoor and outdoor games. Overall I was happy with my stay.
The hotel was conveniently located. The staff’s behaviour was average. The food quality was good especially non veg and it was expensive. The room was neat, spacious, clean and well maintained. I was happy with the room allotted. Check in and checkout was done without any delay. The resort was near to beach. The hotel didn’t organize sightseeing trip. Activity like indoor games was there in the hotel. The hotel was value for money. Location wise the hotel was good. Appearance of the hotel was average. I could recommend this hotel.
The location of the hotel is convenient to travel and I did not find any difficulty in travelling here. The surrounding was similar to village and the staff members in the hotel were helpful and friendly in behaviour. There was no delay in check-in or check-out procedure. The appearance of the hotel is good and interiors were classic. The room allotted to me was neat and clean, well-maintained with all the basic amenities which were working properly. The food provided was good in quality and taste but price is expensive. There are many outdoor-games available at this hotel. According to my stay the hotel is good but food price could be reduced for better satisfaction.
It is a nice, peaceful place, just off the beach, calm and yet had a lot of activity - games/swings/bicycle for everyone. The food was prepared well. Regarding the beach - the water is not very clean, but good for a swim because of low currents and less crowd. Best time to go in beach is during after noon - as tide is low at morning and evening and the beach is rocky. Also the breeze was cool even in April (1st week) afternoon :) Here is what we did: We reached around 11 am - its just a 1.5 hr drive from mumbai, ordered snacks/drinks, hit the beach around 12, had lunch, lazed around in hammocks, watched sunset and returned. TIP: Service is pretty slow, so ensure you place your orders an hour in advance.
I reached the hotel easily. Location of the hotel was nice and it was located near about 10 km far from the airport but it was situated near to the railway station. Quality and quantity of the food was nice. Ambience of the hotel was fine. Room was okay. Inner and outer look of the hotel was old type. There should be need to renovation of the hotel. TV, AC, geyser and other basic amenities were present in the room. Swimming pool view was visible from the room window. I preferred non-veg food in the hotel. Check in and check out facility was not delayed. They did not provide any activity in the hotel. I had gone there by own car with my family in 2014. Overall my destination in Manori was value for money. I can not recommend this hotel for tourists. Manori as a destination place is good. Overall services were nice.
The location is good. The rooms were good. The place was not crowded and had lot of open area - for all adults and kids to move around and enjoy the beach and amenities in the resort. Menu in the restaurant needs upgrade and variety and is a bit on the expensive side. Visitors advised to carry mosquito repellent and get the bookings done in advance to avoid any unpleasent surprises, especially during weekends. Great place to visit during monsoons.
My experience at this hotel was good. The hotel was located conveniently with good ambience. The staff and services were friendly and helpful. The rooms were neat and clean well-maintained with good amenities and had a garden view from the room. The food that I had tasted at this hotel was tasty with good quality. There were no activities and sightseeing trips organised by the hotel. The check-in and check-out was on time. The hotel was valuable and recommendable for the amount spent by me and suggestive to the visitors.
I have not found any difficulty to reach the hotel. Hotel appearance was average and it was an economic look. I have visited this hotel with my family for the purpose of relaxation. The rooms were spacious neat and clean and there was a beautiful view from the room. There was the pool activity in the hotel. There is no delay in check in and check out process. Hotel provided quantity of food but quality was average and my suggestion is to improve the quality of food.

Manoribel, so near to Mumbai (actually it’s in Mumbai) yet once you reach here you feel you are hundreds of miles away from the city. Reaching here is an experience in itself. From Marve beach (Near Malad) it’s a short ferry ride to Manori jetty from where you can take a horse cart or an autorikshaw to reach the resort. Say within 20 to 30 mins. You are transported to a place which is very different from the main city. During weekends the resort get full quite often so advance booking is a must. The resort area is quite big & has direct access to Manori beach. The resort has A/C & Non A/C Cottages (Most of them are sea facing) A/C & Non A/c rooms (most of them are garden facing) & they have recently added a tree house as well. We opted for an A/C room, as A/C was must during October & the sea Facing cottages were quite costly. The room was quite big with a big bathroom. Although the interiors of the room are quite old but they are well maintained. Apart from going to the beach for long walks & of course a dip in the sea there are plenty of other activities like Badminton (open air), table tennis, carom. Also there are hammocks where you can take afternoon nap as they are shaded by trees. There are no televisions in the rooms; however they have a common area where you can catch on the news. Almost all the staff at the resort is from Manori village & they are very helpful & very much dedicated to their work. Food is good (a little costly I would say) but with limited options for us Jains but plenty of options in Non veg. Manori beach is crowded especially on Sundays, so if you want to enjoy the beach then go there during weekdays, however if you want to keep it to the resort any day is fine. Going on a weekday has an added benefit as the tariffs are around 20 to 25 % cheaper as compared to weekends. So, if you are looking for a quick break to recharge your batteries (even for a night – if you are going for the first time spending two nights would be ideal) you know where to go.
The Manoribel Resort is probably one of the better resorts/hotels available in the Manori area. Manori as a destination is quite close to Mumbai, however, still feels quite different from the hustle and bustle of normal city life. The cottage allotted to me was a sea facing one, with a splendid view of the beach. The ressort has a very lazy and comforting feel to it, with a number of coconut trees and hammocks all around. One can indulge in games like badminton, table tennis, carrom at the resort, or simply laze around at on the hammocks. Evening walks on the beach are a must. The beach is not too crowded and one can hang around till sunset before retiring to the comforts of the resort.
The key reason for choosing Manoribel as a weekend getaway is the proximity to Mumbai (actually, it is within Mumbai city limits). However, you are far removed from the concrete jungle that Mumbai is once you are on the Manori island and at the Manoribel resort. The rooms are decent, the facilities are nice and overall the value for money is okay.
Manoribel is a nice resort facing the Arabian sea with a generous dose of sea breeze and a wonderful place to unwind, relax. The resort is actually more beautiful, closer to nature than the photographs on the website suggest. The best part of Manori is its proximity to Mumbai. The service is a bit slow in line with the idyllic nature of the place. There is only one TV, that too in the common area so that the focus is always on spending quality time with oneself or companions
Had been there with my family in April 2011. The resort is rite on the beach and is quite spacious. The prices are slightly premium, however the location of the resort makes you feel that it is value for money. The rooms at the resort are very basic, however they are quite comfortable. The rooms are quite clean so are the bed linens etc. Please do not expect luxury in this place. But at the same time it is a very cozy place. There is no TV in the room, so that kind of forces you to enjoy the outdoors.... If you still need to watch TV at such a beautiful place.. then there is a TV in the TV room which is close to the restaurant. The restaurant is beach facing and you can enjoy your lunch while the cool breeze soothes your senses. You can also sip on beer while enjoying your lunch (the only alcohol available is beer). The resort has direct access to the beach. There are hammocks all around at the resort as well as chairs so you can lounge around or just read a book lying down on the hammock. There other games as well like TT etc. The food is very good (East Indian style) and the staff is very courteous. The coconut cake and the Kaju tarts are a must try, while you are there. Overall my stay there was wonderful... not to mention very relaxing.. Would definitely like to go there over and over again. It is one of the best places I have been to.
