If you are planning for holiday at Mysore then Maurya Palace is the best hotel. It offers very well maintained and well furnished rooms at affordable price. And it also owns a restaurant of its own where you can enjoy the flavours of north and south Indian food with wide varieties of beverages. It has also got its own travel agency which offers you trips at very low cost in comparison to other travel agents. I had spent 3 days stay at the hotel and also planned a trip to Coorg and travelling was also arranged by Maurya Palace which was very cheap and it also covered 4 places in Coorg. They even planned us a Ooty trip. There time management ability was excellent. Almost covered 60% places in a day. Mysore is the best place for holiday. It has many places to visit. I visited Mysore on my family trip. We went there in the month of May 2017. We booked it directly through my friend and we are from Coimbatore. The location of the hotel was easy to reach and everything was nearby. The market Mysore Palace and the bus stand were close to this hotel. The hotel exterior was decent. The front office staff was friendly and the service of the hotel was good enough. The check in and the check out was done on time. We have booked the Suite room. The room was spacious and it was comfortable. The AC and the bed were up to the mark. They have provided the safety lock and we were quite happy with the service. The room was good looking and it was well maintained. We have opted for the restaurant service and the South Indian foods were not tasty. It was not comfortable with the tourist people. We really do not know with the business people. The service of the hotel could be better and the room service staff were asking for the Tips for the service and they have to avoid that. There was a lift facility. There were no special arrangements for the senior citizens. Overall it was a comfortable stay.
