I visited this hotel in the month of January 2017 for holiday visit with family. The destination was good since the temple was good. The location of this hotel was very good as it was conveniently in the city. The appearance of the hotel was very good as the interior and exterior was good. The receptionist at this hotel was good as they were co-operative too. I did not take any services. The room provided at this hotel was good as it was well maintained and the amenities were good. I did not take any food at this hotel. I travelled by own vehicle and it was a direct booking. The overall experience was good at this hotel.
The hotel location, service offered, rooms and cleanliness is very good. It also has doctor facility. It is one of the nice hotel in Kerala, the suit rooms with all the good amenities are good. Overall it is a reasonable priced hotel. It is recommendable to all my friends.
Hotel was conveniently located. Pickup and drop facility was not provided by the hotel people. Service and staff behaviour in the hotel were good. Inside and outside look of the hotel was beautiful. Room was spacious and maintained. It was a 4-star property. TV, AC, geyser, and other amenities were there. They provided breakfast there and it was continental. I liked the quality and taste of food. Activities were there. Trivandrum as a destination is good. Location of the hotel was average. It was in the middle of the city. Appearance of the hotel was very good. It was direct booking. There was no check-in and check-out delay. Booking and front office people were excellent. Overall service was very good. Room was very good. They did not give any welcome drink. Food was very good. Activities were below average. I travelled there alone in September 2014. It was my official trip. It was good hotel for non-vegetarian. No suggestion was there for hotel development.
The hotel is centrally located near Secretariat. Very near to Railway station and Bus stand. The ambience and location is very good. Services of the front office is commendable. The room service and rooms are good. The food and food choice is excellent. The room tariff and the cost of food is also reasonable. I recommend travelers in this hotel for their stay and food when there visiting Thiruvananthapuram.
Good Hotel. Excellent and tasty food. The service was also okay. The room was well kept and well furnished. The bed was comfortable. Room service needs to improve. Ordered food and had to wait for extra 15 minutes to get it. Overall the hotel is good. I would recommend it to others. Parking facility is also good. The various options in food also adds to the attraction. Good hospitality by the hotel staff. The front desk was also efficient and helpful.
I had booked online an agency at Salem. Payment was done there. Once I reached the hotel staff were very accomodative. But next day they said they will charge for my child extra since they had recd information as aged one but she was 12. We to
I had booked online with my agent at Salem. V voucher recd without contact no, details of occupant with age. Reaching the hotel Rajan staff was courteous, stay, food good. Next day they informed. Since my child's age is 12 not 1 as informed by agent it is chargeable. But I told already informed agent about proper age. Then next day checkout time is 12 noon for online booking, 24 hrs direct booking and was harassed by staff called Ajith. So I informed my agent paid the difference and walked out. Beware of online booking.
