Nice front office ...

Posted 7 Sep, 2017

On my holiday trip I visited Mysore. I went there along with my family in the month of May 2017. The hotel was good. It was clean and tidy. Restaurants were good. There is no parking facility. We booked the room by calling them. Surroundings were good. It had all basic facilities. There is no transport facility. Parking was an issue. The Front office staff was average. They gave all basic facilities. They spoke to us well. They welcomed and cooperated with us well. They did not delay in check-in and check-out. The service of the hotel was prompt. The location of the hotel was well placed. The room was good. It is near to the city. All facilities are fine. All basic things and facilities were there. Bus and railway station is nearby. The appearance of the hotel was beautiful. It is an old type of building. They maintained the hole building. There is no park in front of the hotel. The room was well maintained. We took food in the hotel. But my family did not take it. The food was alright. We ordered food outside the hotel. But we took roti mushroom masala. The bathroom was neat and well maintained. Accommodation is good. It was in the peaceful area. It is in a silent area. There were no other activities as we did not stay for a long time.

Good stay to relax

Posted 19 Sep, 2017

It was my holiday trip to Mysore in the month of May 2017. My native place is Tirupati city. I visited Mysore with my family members to that Residency. I booked our stay in the Residency through online & visited there. Mysore was very good place to visit by a family people. Residency location was very good & easy to find this Residency & near to the Mysore Palace & it also near to the other travelers to visit this Residency. Residency ambience was not good because the lift was in the front of the Residency building it was like old style in that Residency. There was a bit problem when we asked for an extra bed in the Residency. Room was good in maintenance the view was good it was faced to the road side place it was good we booked AC room. Room service was an inconvenience in that Residency. Food was very good in taste to have there we had crispy lemon paneer was good & Gobi Manchuria was not good in taste. There was no any activities were there in the Residency for us in the hotel. I suggest the Residency people improve in room service of the Residency then it will be good. It was a good Residency to visit there.

Location was excellent

The destination is good and I liked the Ranganathittu bird sanctuary spot. The hotel location was excellent, near to Mysore palace, and situated within the city. Appearance of the hotel was good with nice interiors. Booking front office people were very flexible and cooperative. Room service was excellent overall. Room I stayed was so good to stay. Food served in the hotel was excellent at taste. This hotel is just perfect. Overall, experience in the hotel was good. The tariff was valuable as per the quality.

Delayed Service

Posted 3 Nov, 2017

For a family holiday trip I went to the Mysore in the month of June 2017. I booked my stay through a travel agency. Space was less but they constructed a good building. We went to the hotel by own vehicle. Th parking space was available. The veg and Non-veg both restaurant arranged separately. The quality and taste of the food were good. The room was clean and the bathroom was well maintained. All the facilities were available. We have to call them for service again and again. They had not responded well. The reception staff was cooperative. The exterior was better than the interior. The reception area was too small because the reception and restaurant were connected. The palace was at the walking distance. The travelers can stay here because the hotel is worth for money.

We visited Mysore in the month of June 2017. It was a holiday trip with my family. We booked this hotel over through a phone call. The destination was a fantastic place. The hotel was located near to the main tourist place and centrally located. The hotel ambience was good with the interior and exterior look. We reached the hotel by taxi. The front office staff was helped to do check in and check out process. They were very supportive. The service staff of this hotel was helpful and they were provided all needs on time. The travel desk facility was not available in the hotel. We booked an AC room. The room provided was clean and neat. The bathroom was tidy and clean. The basic amenities provided in the room were not proper. We had food from the hotel it was tasty. The complimentary breakfast was provided there. We chose room service for food. Other fun activities were not available in the hotel.
