The hotel is located in the city hence I did not face any difficulties in finding it. The appearance of the hotel was very excellent and services provided by them were good. The staff members were cooperative and truly professional. The room allotted to me was spacious with all the comforts. The hotel did not delay in check-in or check-out, it was done respectfully. The hotel is worth paid for the money.
Experience was not so good, it was below average but room was good and services are poor. They didn't provide us breakfast which was included already in our packages because they have another hotel to go there and take breakfast. It should be at within hotel.
In this month of August I had gone to Agra for seeing Taj Mahal where I stayed in this hotel. Hotel location was average but activities were good. Food was average and the room was not so bad, it was just OK. This is only for those people who cannot spend more money. I would recommend it for middle class people.
Hotel is nicely located. It's a 5-10 mins run from Bus stand. Good hotel infrastructure. Rooms are decorated & cleaned. Washrooms are also very maintained. Hotel staff were very courteous & sincere. ACs were working good without noise. Wifi was also good. Food option were also great. Especially veg options. I'll recommend staying here as budget is also very pocket friendly.
1. Good stay in Haridwar, 2. Overall experience is good. 3. Hari-ki pauri is only 10 minutes walking. 4. Room service was not up to the expectation. 5. Evening was memorable for all of us. 6. Fooding was also good. 7. Its good for group tourist. Over all experience is good.
