Staying at has been an experience. Guided by Didi my and under the organization and management of the Param Shakti Peeth, though named as a resort is not actually a resort but part of Vatsalyadham which houses a temple, goshala, residential complex, hospital, residential school etc in the same premises. Rooms are spacious and clean with individual balconies and can be booked online. Prices are reasonable. They have an in house canteen which serves all meals and snacks at reasonable prices. Food quality is very good and managed well. Since its not a resort there is no room service available but staff was courteous and willing to help. There are 3 floors of rooms but no lift so elderly might find issue. You can also opt for a free visit to all the facilities in the premises and staff will accompany you to show you around. It's amazing to see how much effort is being put for the welfare of abandoned kids & women and all efforts are being made to get them back to life. All the rent paid here can be claimed for tax benefit. So that's yet another plus side of staying here.
Booking was made over phone. Location was very good near to the railway station. Rooms were big and well managed. Hotel was neat and clean. Food was also very good and tasty. Room service very good. Travel assistance was good. Travel guide provided by them was very good and helped us to visit the different places with proper guidance.
